I would say that it’s a boutique hotel with very warm and friendly staffs. We were impressed with their service from the first step till we left. Great welcome drink and personalized note. Room service and concierge were superb. Window restaurant was very delicious. I loved all little elements that they offer especially the surprised birthday card and treat. We highly recommend this hotel if you visit Geneva.

This is the place to stay in Geneva; we return year after year. The staff and service are exceptional, the rooms beautifully decorated and furnished, many with breathtaking views of the lake and Jet dEau. It hardly needs stating that the food and wine are exceptional. Breakfast is relaxed, attentive and intimate and there’s a lively bar in the basement if that’s what takes your fancy. As with all Red Carnation Hotels, nothing is too much trouble, and that extends to the approach to accompanying dogs, which is relaxed and inclusive. It’s a short stroll to the centre along the bank, but if you feel particularly lazy, directly opposite is a Mouette stop, the little yellow boats that cross-cross the lake that will take you to there in without effort. Can’t wait to return!

Again, I stayed here for some time and have attended several conferences here. The food is excellence and the hotel is just lavish. It costs a but but you do get what you pay for. The decorations are fitting of the city and the social status.

We have stayed for one night in the Angleterre. The staff is very welcoming and super friendly. Check-in is quick and you will be accompanied to the room. Everything will be explained from light switches to safe, etc. Though rooms are really small at least the one we had. Room and bathroom are clean, standard amenities and as expected. Room service is super fast and choice of food is sufficient. The restaurant in the hotel is pricey and in our opinion even for Swiss conditions truly stiff. Valet service is efficient and will take care of the car hence you can just park curb side and hand over the key. In summary a good five star hotel however for us a little outdated regarding the look and feel.
