Incredible customer service, with amazing food in the restaurants and a really nice swimming pool area. Also the best massage I’ve ever had, I felt like a new person afterwards! Less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, makes this a convenient place to stay , but also feel nicely away from the city. There is a train station opposite with very cheap tickets to travel around (compared to UK prices), much cheaper than getting a taxi. Only downside is most of the hotel has really nice smells, however around reception it can smell quite strongly of cigarettes , as there is a smoking room nearby.

I already had the chance to stay at La Reserve Geneve during these years of work and I was thinking that this mood where "nothing changes but looks always new" makes me happy. Everything is not new but looks impeccable. People are so kind and efficient. My luggage arrived before me in the room. Food is excellent at every hour and all waiters and waitresses smile also with the eyes... Love the fact they do it in a natural way, not like in US where they are kind just for the tip and then they forget. My only advice is to add more plugs in the room because you have to work with a pc it's hard to connect all but you always find a way to work and apart this everything is ok... including the AbFab caramel and peanut gateau I had in the room (Thank You Chef) and all the non alcoholic beverages for free. Spa is perfect as the garden. Unfortunately flights are noisy but in a place like this you forget... Sunday the hotel was full but in my room was so peaceful... love these contrasts and love La Reserve Geneve

We had an overall excellent experience at La Reserve. Staff was very friendly and service oriented. Food was great! Spa was large but only very small and old saunas, this would need a renovation. Our first room was not at all as expected, as the image on the website is only representing a minority of rooms in the category - we were told that they only have 2 superior rooms that actually fit the description and photos on the website. The majority of superior rooms is smaller and a different style. Instead of having a view of the grounds as promised, we were looking against a wall. However, our complaint was handled professionally and we were given the same room as on the website (215 it is!).

I have the simplest tastes. I am always satisfied with the best, thank you to La Réserve Genève and the whole team for making my stay incredible by meeting all my expectations. refined room, relaxing spa, restaurants, valet parking, an incredible park, a place must to discovery.

I stayed there for a weekend and was wonderfully looked after by the staff. Sabrina in the restaurant is an absolute rockstar. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel has all the facilities you need and the spa is a must to visit. Thank you very much for the lovely weekend.
