Last week, I stayed at this hotel during conference. Arriving very late at night before my speech on the next day, I was shocked to notice that I had forgotten a pair of black socks. At first, I thought this is not a problem, especially if I only stand during the speech, but then I realized that a panel discussion would also follow, at which I would be sitting down, exposing my ankles. In the next morning, I called the Concierge to see if there were any shops open very early in the morning. Mr. Julien Croslan answered the phone – he immediately started thinking of solutions, making my challenge his challenge. This degree of customer focus is exceptional. Finally, after we both realized that there would be no shops open early enough to get a new pair of black socks before the start of the event, Mr. Croslan offered to bring up an extra pair of his own black socks that he held at the hotel. He did this is minutes. And I was blown away – this is one of the most beautiful customer experiences I have ever had in a hotel!

The hotel is one of the classic 5 star properties on the lake shore in downtown Geneva. We knew we could not go wrong, and the hotel delivered, with top notch service, a perfect location along the Geneva lake shore, and a beautifully appointed room. We strongly recommend this property, and will definitely visit it again.

The sheets are something else, possibly the best we will ever sleep in. The hotel is full on - with pampering at a high price. The absence of gluten free options (cold or hot) at the buffet breakfast was a shock. The staff were friendly but tip conscious.

We stayed 5 nights in this lovely hotel. First remark no one can miss is the high level of reception staff. Very kind, professional and helpful. There was a solution and relevant response for all our requests. Room was quiet spacious for a couple, very clean and well equipped. We had a lake view on the second floor, the views from the balcony as well as the ambience around the sunset was simply charming. Dont miss this moment !! Concirege staff is very efficient and can guide you for anything you need in Geneva. They recommanded us some of the best restaurants in Geneva and we were very satisfied. The Spa is small but very clean and relaxing. At least one dinner must be enjoyed in the hotel restaurant "Le Jardin" . Vey interesting carte and wealthy wine list. Despite a bit expensive compared to other similar tables around. The only remark is the bathroom : a bit old and suffering water leakage.

The suite was just lovely, I was sorry I was just there by myself. Wonderful views to Lac Leman, le jet d'eau etc. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the dinner in the hotel restaurant, Le Menu was perfectly balanced and delicious. This is really a classic Swiss luxury hotel, but the staff make the ambiance very pleasant and not at all stuffy and formal.
