Reviews for Hotel President Wilson
I visited this hotel twice in March, 2 nights each stay. Excellent hotel. The staff are very professional especially the front desk/reception and the concierge. Not only professional but are hospitable too with exceptional attitude. I tried Arabisque the Lebanese restaurant and the daily breakfast buffet the quality of food is good. Location is amazing overlooking Lac Leman. The rooms are very good and clean. Overall, Excellent hotel,, Note that this is the only SPG hotel in Geneva,,

The hotel has a great location; only 10 minute walk away from Geneva train station and probably the closest to Geneva airport (if you are taking taxi, it means you'd get there fastest - keep in mind those taxis are not cheap though)... although having somewhat dated decor, the location and staff make up for any shortcomings you may feel with the design. Being on a more expensive side of things (although nothing seems to be cheap in Geneva), the hotel is only a short walk away from the city center, has fantastic views of the Lake and the mountains behind it and has a fantastic spa. Staff are well trained and courteous... expect nice Swiss chocolate on your pillow every evening :)

I liked almost everything: the room, the personnel- very nice and attentive, the swimming pool (although the water a little chilly for me); the Japanese restaurant from the terrace, the bed (one of the most comfortable beds ever), the breakfast very good; Nespresso machine in the room; negatives: the rooms from this hotel doesnt have balconies ...maybe also that it was a little too expensive (but similar with other hotels same range); the fact that the view was lateral not front but still very nice; nothing really which could make me not coming again.

Me and the hubby always stay at The Pres when he's in Geneva for work. Staff are so accommodating and the location can't be beat. A real gem with such high standards - loved the beds so much that we have one at home now (for guests)

As a SPG platinum member, you always receive free room upgrade at check-in.Unfortunately, it is not the case in this hotel, they will charge you a lot of money for your room upgrade. Remember to ask if you have to pay anything extra before you accept the so-called room upgrade.
