I went with my parents to the Spice Studio, one of the restaurants at the Alila Diwa hotel, for a cooking class. We were welcomed very nicely by Velecia, who accompanied us throughout the experience. It was a really lovely experience. We learned quite some about spices, mixing them and making masala and cooking processes and bases for Indian (and specifically Goan) cuisine. The chef was very knowledgeable and kind. We made Yetti Ghee roast, absolutely stunning dish, delicious and loved the lachha paratha that accompanied. We also made the alleppey Neymen curry with kingfish. Though this was tasty, to us it didn’t compare to the shrimp dish. Overall good experience, thanks!

Excellent service in that hotel I can called The Best Service which I happed to have experience. From start first point of contact: Security, Concierge, check-in (reception, concierge) to final check-out were no-compromise Royal service. And of course every day (which were 7) and every moment me and my family were around Care from each person in hotel: housekeeping, lifeguard and swimming pool personal, transfer, security, reception, garden and leisure force and especially and direct thank the crew café and restaurant (kitchen/table service/bar) so amazing experience! Very much recommended- top service, beautiful interior design, care about every single detail, beautiful outdoor infinity pool. Nothing to complain or raise “as missing”. Hotel is the place to come back. Exceptional place.

Had gone for brunch and it was worth the experience. The hospitality is amazing. Superb staff. Velecia was exceptionally sweet to us. Thank you for making my wife's birthday special. We will definitely be visiting the property again but with bigger group this time.

My over all experience at Alila Diwa was amazing. There were spacious big rooms, beautiful greenery and well maintained pools and activities. The food was amazing and scrumptious, from the morning breakfast to the poolside bistros. Chef Rakesh addressed any concerns and was incredibly helpful. Eggs benidect by chef Karan was simply wonderful. Raghu from housekeeping made sure that our room was well kept and cleaned regularly. Ravichandra assisted us at the pool with any inquiries and robes. Our servers were swift and incredibly polite including Kumar, Martha, Bhavesh and Amit from Vivo and Hanuman from bistro along with Dinesh from Edge. Anuradha was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had a smooth stay along with on time check in and check out procedures. Kartik from the bell desk made sure all our baggage was handled well.
