Peace, serenity, calm. That's how one can describe leela goa. Set on a completely secluded beach, with the ocean of calmness and sea to hug you. The property is vast (but they have buggy services available - and very efficient ones too) and spread out. There is great recreational activity to help you beat the calm - just in case it got monotonous - there is tennis, golf (not the professional types to be intimidated by), swimming and activity packed day at their in house club aqua. Kids love the property for their kids club, which comes with very caring staff to oversee kids and conduct fun activities. The resort has free wifi, free airport pick up and drop, meals plan. The staff is extremely caring and loveable. We were travelling with kids and staff went out of their way to help. Another great thing about Leela was their 'conservatory premier' room. It comes with a laaaarge bed (1.5 times king size bed), plus one more bed to accommodate two young kids. It was lots of space to sleep 4 of us. Really enjoyed the stay.

After much research decided on Leela for our weekend break and it was an excellent choice. Although we opted for the cheapest Lagoon view room we were not disappointed, extremely clean, lovely views to the Lilly pond and a good bed with nice fresh white linen. Restaurants were excellent, especially their Italian. Big thanks to Jericho for making our stay so much more special, he went out of his way to ensure we had great service and his friendly 'can do' attitude will take him far in hospitality. Likewise his colleague, Angelo in their Indian restaurant was very helpful with an excellent knowledge of Goan food and wines. Thank you to whomever trained these young people, these young people need specual mention, well done. We had a lovely afternoon at the spa, our therapists both from Kerala were fantastic. We found time for a round of golf and enjoyed the well manicured course and gardens of the resort. Front office functioned well with smooth checkin and check out, what more could we ask for! We would definitely recommend this resort.

The Leela, Goa has a beautiful property, and undoubtedly the nicest beach in the south! The experience overall though isn't to write home about. Both my husband and I didn't like the service. Not like there were any real issues, but it is just not personal enough. The staff except for at the restaurants aren't warm enough. Nor are all of them very well trained or informed. It was disappointing because you expect better service from such brands One other thing was that they didn't allow Late check out, inspite of me being a 'booking genius'. And I know they weren't full. Great property, but wouldn't go back again!

This is a great place to visit. The resort in itself is great and hence gives huge space to the family to spend time together. We loved cycling around and going to the beach. The rooms are big and spacious. We stayed in the suite which had 2 huge rooms.. Bathroom and walk in closets are great.. Cleanliness is of the highest order and the place is great.. For people staying in Club rooms/suites, one has a personal caretaker type of a person attached and he/she can be called for anything that is needed. It is a great thing and that person is very helpful in every which way. Breakfast spread was again lavish and large. all the choices were available and multiple counters for things. for club rooms, separate swimming pool and breakfast lounge is also there.. Overall a great place to stay.
