We truly felt special and genuinely appreciated the warmth, professionalism and attention extended by you and your entire team. I would also like to specially appreciate a few team members who made our stay even more memorable: Aldrin from the Beach Restaurant who has always looked after us so warmly on every visit . Saurabh for his support and hospitality throughout the stay. Vishu and Shreshtha from the Reservations/ Front office team who did their best in managing our room booking smoothly. Saheli from the Butler team who was extremely cooperative and caring towards my elderly mother. Mr Yash & Amber from Miri Restaurant who made sincere efforts to accommodate some of our special requirements. Last but not the least Chef Kavin who made us feel at home with the delicious homemade-style vegetarian food prepared specially for us. Overall it was truly a wonderful experience and we are grateful to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Our stay at The St. Regis Goa Resort for Richa’s birthday was nothing short of exceptional. Every detail reflected warmth, care and genuine hospitality, making the celebration truly memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Executive Chef Rohit Chaddha, F&B Director Shubham Basara, Senior Sous Chef Santosh ji, Sous Chef Kevin Gomes, Chef Biswajit, Nitesh, Shraddha and Nityanand ji at the pool bar for curating such wonderful experiences throughout our stay. The food, service and personal attention were impeccable. A special mention for our butler Yash, who was simply outstanding. Thoughtful, attentive and effortlessly efficient, he elevated the entire experience with his warmth and professionalism. What truly stood out was the collective effort of the entire team. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. Thank you for making this birthday getaway so special and unforgettable.

Our stay was magical! There is something very special about this place; but it is the people, from groundskeepers to management, that makes this resort so extraordinary. Within days of arriving we knew it was the best vacation we've taken to date. The level of professionalism and ownership that everyone took in their work was tangible. Every need was met, and even needs we didn't anticipate were met. We were lucky enough to spend 13 nights here and over the course of those 2 weeks we met too many staff to acknowledge by name here, but here are a few of those individuals that really made this trip unforgettable. Starting in Miri, Rijol and Shubbam, and literally their entire team provided world class service; they were extremely attentive and worked hard without ever coming across as tired. The food from Miri and the private dining menu exceeded expectations each time. I want to highlight Miriam specifically, her smile greeted us every morning and was a highlight of our days; she was friendly and made us feel at home throughout our stay. Moving on to Oliveto- easily the best Italian restaurant I have been to in any country. The pacing was always perfect. Taha shows real servant leadership; she worked alongside her team to make sure that somehow each experience was better than the last. She became a friend over the course of our stay and we will remember her. Staff like her is what will bring us back to St. Regis Goa time and time again. Moving on to the butler service. What we needed was provided for. Kuldeep was also available to our texts and made sure our requests were executed as expected. He was pivotal in creating memories for our anniversary that we will think of fondly forever. Kanika played a huge role in this and it was her approach to hospitality management that will continue to make this property standout, she made sure the magic happened throughout our stay and we would go to any resort she managed, so I hope St. Regis keeps her in the family for as long as they can. The bartenders at The Drawing Room continued to impress us with the knowledge of ingredients and local liquors. It was always a great time whether drinking at the bar or enjoying afternoon tea. My husband and I truly wish them well as they continue in their careers. We have been many places and drank with many bartenders but this whole team takes the number one spot. St. Regis is lucky to have them. We spent a lot of time at the spa during our trip and we are glad we did. From the all the therapists we had over the course of our stay to Sharyl in the salon we were throughly impressed. And while there was one issue, it was corrected and addressed properly by the wonderful spa manager. A trip to St. Regis Goa without anytime spent in the spa would be seriously missing out. There is no better place to focus on your wellness. The grounds and beach were breathtaking. This paradise seems effortless but as you look closer you see the many women and men that work tirelessly to make it appear so. I was so so so impressed. The beauty of the resort is a major factor in why we want to bring our families in the future, they cannot miss out experiencing this place. Well done. Overall, we will think about this trip forever no doubt. When leaving, Kanika mentioned that we came as guest but leave as family, but I have to say we were treated better than family. This was truly a life changing stay. Thank you.

Had an amazing stay at The St. Regis Goa Resort. The property is beautiful, the service was excellent, and the entire staff made us feel very welcome. A special thanks to Sonam Tamang, Vanshita Narayan, and Chef Kevin Gomes for making our experience extra special. Sonam and Vanshita were extremely helpful, warm, and always smiling, while Chef Kevin Gomes served some absolutely delicious food. Their hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the St. Regis Goa. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly top level — warm, attentive, and incredibly professional throughout our visit. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after. Special thank you to Daiveek, Karan, Ramen, Sherry, Miriam, Rovin , Kaldeep, Aaron and Kroshden for looking after us. The property itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, luxurious rooms, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it very hard to leave. The food and drinks were exceptional across every restaurant and bar we visited — high quality, varied, and consistently delicious. Breakfast in particular was outstanding. There are also amazing beach shacks close by if you wanted to eat outside of the hotel. What really sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying dinner, or simply walking around the resort, everything felt effortless and special. A truly memorable stay and one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We cannot wait to return to the St. Regis Goa.
