Exceptional Service and a Beautiful Resort Experience From the moment we arrived at The St. Regis Goa Resort, the experience was exceptional. We arrived quite late in the evening after a long journey, tired and hungry, but the staff immediately made us feel welcome and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the team kindly directed us to the buffet restaurant so we could eat straight away. Shortly after we sat down, the chef, Santosh, came out personally to greet us. I was a little concerned about what my elderly parents would be able to eat, as they are both over 75 and my father has some difficulty with his teeth. Chef Santosh listened carefully and very kindly prepared exactly what my father requested so he could enjoy his meal comfortably. It was such a thoughtful gesture. The buffet itself was fantastic – an incredible variety of dishes from different cuisines around the world, all beautifully prepared. Everything we tried was delicious. I also had the opportunity to dine at the Italian restaurant and the Pan Asian restaurant, and the food in both was absolutely outstanding and some of the best meals I've had during our entire trip. In the Pan Asian restaurant especially, the waiter took the time to listen carefully to my dietary needs and made sure everything I ordered was suitable and accommodating. That level of attentiveness really stood out. The restaurant staff were also incredibly attentive and kind. Suraj was especially wonderful, very patient and happy to chat with my father (who loves a good conversation!). Another staff member, who I believe may have been Manoj (apologies if I have the name slightly wrong), showed such genuine care. While my parents were in the buffet restaurant and I was dining in the Italian restaurant, he approached them and reassured them that their daughter was just having dessert and would be back shortly. That small gesture meant so much and made me feel that my parents were truly being looked after. Outside the lobby, another wonderful staff member named Dilkush greeted us each day with such warmth. He and my father would chat for ages and it became one of the highlights of our stay. We also appreciated Juma, who helped us arrange taxis and get around Goa safely, always checking that we were comfortable and looked after. There are honestly many more staff members who deserve recognition, even if I cannot remember every name. To the management at Marriott and The St. Regis – please continue to take care of your staff the way you clearly do. The level of service across the entire resort was outstanding, and it reflects a team that feels valued and proud of their work. The resort itself is stunning, beautifully maintained grounds, lush greenery, incredible nature, and a gorgeous beach. Everything about the environment feels peaceful and luxurious. I have stayed in many grand hotels around the world, but the warmth and genuine care from the team here truly stood out. It made our stay unforgettable. Thank you to everyone at The St. Regis Goa Resort for such a wonderful experience.

Just fantastic!! This was our 4th visit to the St Regis in Goa and it was amazing as always. Big shout out to ALL the staff who are simply wonderful. We return to this hotel because of the staff as they always go above and beyond. There are many 5 star resorts all over the world but it is the staff here that keep us coming back. A HUGE thank you to..... Mr Apporv Jawa, you took care of our every need!! We are so grateful to you. You made us laugh a lot too :) Aanya and Mr Nitti you really spoil us and make us feel very special, thank you. To all the guys at the beach bar, Robin, Shailesh, Alice, Captain, thank you. Also remembering Sapna. It is because of all of you that we are planning to return in 2027. This time there were also no weddings at the resort and although we had become used to these in the past, it definitely made a difference. No wedding guests taking up rooms meant a better social dynamic for guests like us. Finally another BIG thank you to Mr Jawa as our daughter and her Fiance who live in Dubai came to visit us for 2 nights and then could not return home. Mr Jawa made sure they had a room for the extra 2 nights and that they were thoroughly looked after. They will definitely be returning to the St Regis too. Thank you to all of you!!

Stayed here for 4 nights. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, absolutely huge with flower bearing lagoons. It is a sight to behold. The staff is extremely attentive as you would expect from a property like this. Service is usually prompt, but can take time at the rush hours. There are plenty of sunbeds at the beach and a limited F&B service, along with their beach side restaurant Susegado which is highly recommended. We tried the Riverside asian restaurant as well but did not enjoy the food there. The breakfast fare is decent, large spread, ticks most of the boxes but nothing out of the ordinary. The property itself and staff are definitely the highlights.

we really liked the st regis goa. beautiful area and a beautiful clean beach. clean and beautiful rooms, delicious cuisine and friendly staff, I especially want to mention the administrator Talyana, a very nice girl who can solve any problem and help in many ways. the hotel has everything you need from toothpaste to body lotion. we are very satisfied. see you soon.

Wonderful place . prerna kaushal was a beautiful person and assisted our needs in an interested and enthusiastic way . I wish more hotel employees were as good as her .
