I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience attempting to book a stay at The Ritz-Carlton. Despite planning to spend $1,300 for a single night, my requests for assistance and communication were completely ignored. I tried to make a formal payment over the phone and even visited the Ritz-Carlton in Miami to see if they could assist by contacting their counterparts in the Cayman Islands. I was told they couldn't help and that the concierge at the Cayman Islands location never responded to any of my messages. Now, $1,300 has been taken from my account without me ever staying there. Ironically, I ended up staying 15 days at another five-star hotel, which was more accommodating and cost less. I sincerely hope The Ritz-Carlton will address these issues and improve their communication and customer service in the future.

If I could rate this hotel 7 stars, I would. Exceptional service beyond my biggest expectations. This was my first time staying at a Ritz Carlton hotel and it will definitely by preferred choice in the future. From greeting me by my name upon stepping out of my rental vehicle to placing 3 cold bottle waters in my car everytime I picked up my car by valet parking, this resort goes well beyond the standard for a fice star hotel. The valets like Michael, doorman, and Seven restaurant staff like Jacob and Michelle and Shi greeted me by name everytime I saw them. Carl, The bartender at Seven breakfast buffet remembered my drink preferences and brought to my table every morning without asking. Upon arriving at the pool, they will setup an umbrella and towel over the chair for you. They have water, fruit infused water, 15 SPF 30 SPF and 50 SPF sunscreen lotion for you and Aloe gel for you. Plenty of chairs at both pools and beachside were available. Definitely a vacation to remember. It is an expensive resort but worth every dollar. The resort fee includes overnight shoe shine and local calls and valet parking and twice daily housekeeping with turndown service. I had concern about the bill and it was resolved without question by Joyce, front desk staff.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇰🇾

One of our must do's when we have guests visiting Cayman. We go into the hotel bar and have Gin & Tonics . Amazing with elderflower ! Humus is really good as well plus the cuban sandwiches .

I was a solo traveler over the Christmas holidays. From the moment I arrived I was questioned why I was there alone. And throughout my stay there almost every day the staff made comments about it. The room was lovely and the beach was very pretty. The sunsets were gorgeous. After being questioned every day for a week why I was by myself, I requested to speak with the manager of the hotel. She was very nice and I had a good conversation with her and gave her some feedback about how it made me feel. I would not recommend this hotel for solo travelers. Especially over the holidays. The holidays can be difficult for people for a variety of reasons and being questioned every day with comments like, why are you traveling alone? Oh you’re here by yourself, you’re so brave, and why are you by yourself? It made me feel terrible. The holidays are difficult time for me and the constant reminder that I was by myself made me want to leave early. The overall experience was disappointing and I would not return to the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman again.
