Everything about the stay was perfect except for the fact that the breakfast buffet is almost $25. The food is good but it’s not worth anything close to that amount of money. Breakfast is supposed to be inexpensive in any setting especially one where you serve yourself. Anyway, everything else about this property is so good that I will still give it five stars.

My stay at the Amway was very pleasant! The staff was very helpful and considerate and prompt! The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable! I was really impressed and loved the fitness center!

Amway Grand is a great place to attend the mafe fairs and festivals convention. Within walking distance of many restaurants in area attractions. Including covered walkways too many locations. A great place to hold a convention.

The Amway has been hosting our annual conference for many years. The staff is all ways helpful and customer service orientated. The rooms are very nice and clean. Location is great, close to many local attractions.

One night stay on Dec15, 2017. Checked out on Dec 16th. ipad was left in room. Called and spoke with security who verified item was found, ownership information was given. I was told upon completing a Liability Release form, ipad would be mailed to me at no cost. Form received via email, completed and faxed to number provided on Dec 17, 2017... did not expect a quick delivery because of holidays. After not receiving or hearing from ANYONE, I called on Dec 31st to check the status. Spoke to a very "special" person, who questioned me about actually staying there!!! after FINALLY locating my ipad, he tells me the release form was never received! also stated there was no fax machine I could have faxed to!!! I finally hung up with the "special man" and waited for someone to call me back. Hours later, I received a call, asking that form be completed and emailed... ipad would be expedited. Form was emailed. Mission accomplished! The following day, received phone call from Director of Security, stating there had been flooding in the area where my ipad was stored, and it had been damaged. I asked when was the flooding? after pausing and stuttering, he said he believed it was the previous Wednesday. (Dec27th) yet Ipad had been there for almost 2 weeks and no one bothered to contact me. He simply apologized and stated it would be turned over to their insurance. I placed a call to the General Manager;s office....was NEVER contacted by anyone! Hotel accomodations were great. Management is HORRIBLE! Would never recommend!!! AND....Ipad was a total loss!!!!!!
