Comfy bed and nice bath products. We stayed here because of the quilt convention. It was easy to get around to the convention hall and downtown. There is a Starbucks attached but they don'the stay open very late. Many restaurants are within walking distance.

The Amway grand plaza is a great property in Grand Rapids Michigan. This beautiful hotel is now under the Hilton Curio brand so you can get the Honors benefits you are use to in a classic property. There are many dining options in the hotel. Wolfgang Puck, Ruth Chris, and Cyrus. And many other options within walking distance in the surrounding downtown area. The hotel's room service comes from Wolfgang's The hotel has a beautiful pool and gym area with rooftop tennis courts.

This is an old hotel. Rooms are small and dank. Not enough electrical outlets. Still not a bad place to stay. I was there for a conference and would probably stay elsewhere if on vacation. This is not a dump its just a bit rough in some areas.

Stayed one night as a treat for my wife and I - Beautiful room with a great view of Downtown and the Grand River. Bed was very comfy and the staff were great. Great location downtown! We will definitely stay here again. Great restaurants on site, but also easy to walk to many others.

The reservation process was a headache which required me to spend several hours on the phone (first with Curio reservation staff, then with the hotel front desk) fixing mistakes the reservation staff made with our reservation. I was tempted to cancel the reservation from the beginning, and wish that I had. We stayed for two nights, and our hotel room was not cleaned by housekeeping. It being our honeymoon, often hotels will provide a little extra something for the evening, however the special occasion was not acknowledged in anyway by the hotel despite my having informed them upon making (and fixing) the reservation, and upon arrival in a wedding dress.
