We stay in April and enjoyed it very much. It is a classic beach hotel, not so quiet as is great for families, nice breach area and lovely pool. Groomed rooms, but the bathroom (though is well maintenance) deserves an up date. Great restaurants and fantástic "café da amanha".

Great family environment with plenty to do for the kids and adult hideaways as well. The staff is second to none. Most helpful and respectful people I have dealt with. Will be back as much as life allows.

The hotel is wonderful! Great rooms, wonderful food, great heated pool, great beach service, amazing staff! They were amazing with our kids! The restaurant would prepare food out of their menu, that my picky toddler loves to eat. If you plan to have a relaxing time at the beach, not far from São Paulo, that's the place to go! Definitely worth the price! I hope we can come back soon!

First, this is my only experience in Brazil so I'm having to compare it against other places I have been. The hotel is nice, the lobby is warm and tropical (to me). Dark tones and comfortable. We arrived before check-in time but most of our rooms were available. The staff was friendly and spoke English very well (important since I speak only English). They did have a some inconsistencies, a wrist band for guest security, but they only gave them out to some guest. The room was clean and smelled fresh. I was on the 2nd floor and loved the balcony and courtyard. The internet didn't work in my room and they had to replace an antenna that was located in the courtyard. The AC in my room went out and they determined changing rooms was the best solution. They moved me to a first floor room that was even nicer and appeared to have been recently been updated. Food, we were there for 4 days of meetings so our menu was planned. Well sorta, we ate at a buffet. Lots of meats and a few veggies. The food was good, not great, I would have preferred a bit fresher. They did cook us some fresh grilled meat one night that was really good. Breakfast included a fresh cooked to order station, but it was hidden on the balcony. Meeting space was nice, a good size for our group and the AC worked well in the area. Snacks were delightful, sweet and savory choices. Fresh juice, teas and coffees. Pool and beach were amazing. Overall I would take my wife back to Casa Grande, it was a good introduction to Brazil.

I stayed in the hotel for business for 2 days. Upon arrival I requested a room upgrade, with a view of the garden, my company would obviously not pay for the rooms looking at the beach. Room 157 which is the room I got, was very quiet and good, however, the room definately was not what I expected as an upgrade. The bathroom door frame, is water damaged and the bathroom has mold on the wall, and on the frame. the hot water even tough they explained to me again how to use a faucet I already know how to use, I never got the hot water to work in the morning, it worked fine for tub, not the shower. The bed was good, and the lighting as well, the AC also worked well, but the room was a bit damaged to get the upgrade i requested. The rest was fine, attention, staff, oh one more thing, signing a paper every time Im asking for something for food or drinks.
