The hotel is upscale with beautiful decor and a few very nice shops as well as a cafe/deli. The rooms are lovely, the showers are excellent. The staff in the restaurant were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Guayaquil.

I stayed at the Oro Verde Guayaquil on 17 April and again on 25 April, and everything was perfect -- professional, friendly and good-humored employees (special thanks to Nadia and Rolando for making me feel so welcomed!), spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, reliable shuttle service to and from the airport, and even a breakfast to-go at 3 AM! So, I extend my sincere thanks for the first-rate customer service, and highly recommend the Oro Verde to anyone who will be staying overnight in Guayaquil. ¡Salud!

El hotel estaba limpio . Desayuno fue excellent , service was great, an everyone was friendly, my room had a beautiful view to the city. Parking was included and the prize was affordable, I will definitely come back again . I would recommend everyone to have breakfast there was a lot of choices

Very comfortable room and a convenient airport shuttle, but the best part was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and kind. We especially appreciated Lia and Karen’s friendly service and attention during the breakfast service. The food was excellent.

The breakfast is included and is excellent and substantial enough to fill you if you don't like stopping for lunch. Friendly staff, lovely pool and patio area. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. We arrived late at night and there was a lovely plate of fruits and chocolates in the room, but may be due to the tour we are taking in Galapagos.
