The Oro Verde in Guayaquil is a jewel! The public areas, pool and terrace, restaurants and bar are up-to-date, attractive, comfortable and quiet. The security both inside and outside the hotel insure your safety, but we walked extensively throughout the neighborhood and never felt apprehensive. The sleeping rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious. Two quality components of the Oro Verde stand out. First, the restaurant food, especially the breakfast buffet, is exceptional. The variety and quality of the breakfast selections are the best of any hotel in the world I have experienced. Second, the hotel staff is better than any hotel staff I have experienced. Without exception, they are all professional and pleasant in manner, knowledgeable about their duties and accommodating of hotel guests needs and preferences. If your travels are taking you to Guayaquil, do yourself a favor and stay at Oro Verde.

The staff is very kind and the hotel has nice retaurnsts in it (breakfast is the best) . It’s centric and has an easy access to Malecón 2000. The view from the room is not necessary the best but all this doesn’t matter because of the warm and caring staff. We had a long long stay and the person in charge for the cleaning of our room, Gian Carlo was amazing. He cared about the details and did an outstanding job for sure! Samuel and everyone in the concierge team were always kind and helpful. I believe what makes this hotel great is the staff and their hospitality.

The hotel is upscale with beautiful decor and a few very nice shops as well as a cafe/deli. The rooms are lovely, the showers are excellent. The staff in the restaurant were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Guayaquil.

I stayed at the Oro Verde Guayaquil on 17 April and again on 25 April, and everything was perfect -- professional, friendly and good-humored employees (special thanks to Nadia and Rolando for making me feel so welcomed!), spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, reliable shuttle service to and from the airport, and even a breakfast to-go at 3 AM! So, I extend my sincere thanks for the first-rate customer service, and highly recommend the Oro Verde to anyone who will be staying overnight in Guayaquil. ¡Salud!

El hotel estaba limpio . Desayuno fue excellent , service was great, an everyone was friendly, my room had a beautiful view to the city. Parking was included and the prize was affordable, I will definitely come back again . I would recommend everyone to have breakfast there was a lot of choices
