Happy to return to this hotel for the 3rd time. We received a warm welcome from Jose Gomez, and it felt good to be back in familiar surroundings away from the miserable British weather. We had the best room 2069 - right by the pool with a large terrace,VERY happy! The hotel and room was spotless with cleaners constantly attending to every area of the hotel. My comment from our last visit of the fact they had nasty concentrated orange juice at breakfast had obviously been listened to - on each table every morning was a delicious carafe of fresh orange juice, a very nice touch! Although there are still some rather “suspect “ items at breakfast in the hot cupboard - which I don’t really understand ( unless you like sweaty cauliflower for breakfast !) - that one display counter which looks likes last night left overs is most bizarre. This hotel is a perfect place for a quick recharge of your batteries as we battle with winter blues. We left recharged and happy and would certainly return again. Another wonderful stay at the best hotel on the beautiful island of Tenerife. The amazing staff always with smiles on their faces and nothing is too much trouble. Mario, Vero, José, Dylan, Denis, Eva, Vanessa, Alex, Erica, Elisa the list is endless. If you are looking for unrivaled luxury then Red Level adults only is the place to be. A huge thank you to all that made our stay very special.

My mother and I stayed in the red level section of the hotel. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The entire staff is wonderful, but we would like to express a special thank to Lea from the reception, Maria from the red level pool bar, and Mario for the culinary delights in the teppanyaki restaurant. We will definitely be back!

This was our second stay at red level and the staff were just as exceptional. However, we did notice a few areas where corners have been cut. i.e. the number of snacks or free drinks around the pool during the day. The food in the Red Level restaurant was not as good and expensive for the amount on the plate. Last time we stayed they had a singer while you dined which was a nice touch. Having said that on the nights we went to the main hotel the entertainment was superb. Especially the opera evening. (even if you don’t like opera, you would have recognised the songs and the singing was first class). Pool was so warm it was a pleasure to go for a swim without the initial shock of cold water. One morning the service at breakfast was very slow. On passing reception I mentioned it was very slow and they didn’t have enough staff as those serving couldn’t have tried any harder to give a service. Later that day a knock on the bedroom door and we were given a bottle of Cava in an ice bucket along with a hand written note saying they were very sorry for the poor service at breakfast. Now this gesture cost the hotel virtually nothing, however the message saying sorry was priceless. Would I recommend this hotel and go back again despite the cut backs then the answer is yes

Nice ocean view room. Small outdoor terrace with sofa and private jacuzzi tub. Very comfortable bed and linens. Quiet side of hotel, Red Level, adults only. Huge property, massive pool. We did not use the big pool only adult red level pool. Numerous restaurants, ate in a different one each night on a 6 night stay. Staff were exceptional. Did couples massage in outdoor hut.
