I've been to this hotel before and it is always supremely beautiful and relaxing. But this time the Ritz offered a complimentary photo session from Photography Concierge. Henry was our photographer and he went above and beyond finding stunning locations and suggesting poses that we could try. Our two favorite photos were ideas he suggested! Now we have priceless memories we can savor forever. Henry made the whole experience so much fun. Great idea Ritz, and thanks a million, Henry!

Impressive views, loved the location of this hotel. Resort cleanliness and Spa were great as well. But of course nothing's perfect, yet for a Ritz it should be. We had a great suite but constantly heard the elevator noises like chains braking next to the bedroom. We mentioned this to guest services but nothing could really be done. Thank God for their white noise dome machines in every room; we managed to get two and that helped us rest and sleep. The restaurants and food were OK, we are foodies and we're not really impress especially with what you get for the hefty price tag. But overall it was expected at a Ritz. Service at the restaurants could be better. Service at all restaurants it's slow and waiters were kind of 'spacey' and forgetful of what we ordered. Our only true complain was the terrible service we received one of our 7 days stay at the outside patio bar. This waiter was confrontational and rude just because we asked if he was serving in an area where we wanted to move some chairs to sit or enjoy the views. He refuse to let us move them (many people move them around we saw it) I believe his name is Jason. This guy should not be employed at Ritz Carlton. Then of course we had to see his face for the rest of the week; we did our best to avoid his presence. Overall, we love this experience, the golf course was up to par, the housekeeping staff was lovely. We hope to be back some day in the near future.

The Positives - Amazing location / stunning beauty - 2 Awesome golf courses - Very nice meals at Navia (albeit a touch pricey) The Negatives - Cocktails on the deck were terrible. Below the quality of a dive bar for $18, c'mon....And other than raw items, not a great menu selection for that spot - Golf - they won't let you walk one of the two courses which is really annoying - Can't charge from the golf restaurant to the room - Customer service was a bit hit or miss in spots

We stayed in a wonderful room with a gas outdoor pit. Nicely appointed with a super comfortable bed. Check in was a snap and everyone was very pleasant. I had one of the best dinners that I have had in a very long time. I wish that I could remember the name of the waiter as he was simply outstanding. I have Celiac disease and he made my dinner memorable. I felt completely safe and was able to simply enjoy a wonderful meal with my husband. The food was excellent. The only negative that I can say is that there seemed to be a lot of noise around us the next morning and our room had an adjoining door which is why I think it was more noticeable. I would certainly go back again - this is our second time staying at this property.

Kids activities need to be prep arranged . Facilities and services are excellent. They are so nice to upgrade us to a room with wonderful views despite that we are award point client. Kids enjoyed the beach closeby within walking distance.
