Hana-Maui Resort

Wonderful large rooms. Rooms are Great for the family. These are seperate units. Great location for hikes. Very friendly.

The room was amazing. The location is so cool!! Love the area and the place. It’s in town and the property is huge with lots to do. Gorgeous views. It rained all night while we were here and listened to that and the ocean crashing on to the beach. There’s 2 sections to the property. Those near the main building and across the street by the ocean. Each has its own specialty. The bar was limited on offerings but food was great. Breakfast in the morning was really good. Mochico Pancakes are to die for. The people were friendly. It’s a place you want to stay at for a while. Disappear and not be bothered by busy life. I didn’t know this but you can fly in from Kahului to Hana on a small plane and not have to traverse the Road to Hana if you’d rather just get there and stay. We’re coming back again and staying for more than one night. If you’ve never been to Hana you’re 3 hrs away from a bigger town. Very limited services, end of the Maui island and amazing beauty you have to visit to experience.

Resort is beautiful and excellent. Sea view room was so good and I would visit the resort, without hesitation, if I visit Hāna again.

Beautiful resort in remote Hana. Lovely pools with a pool bar and amazing views. We have been to Hana many times over the years and love it. I hope they get busy enough to open the restaurant in the hotel for all meals.

We celebrated our 1 year engagement anniversary in Maui and chose to stay at the Hana Maui resort after a long drive from the road the Hana. Checking in late and exhausted, the spacious Oceanside bungalows were truly magical and the rolling hills all the way to the ocean were so peaceful. We were so excited to check out all the resort amenities the next day, but told at check in that we should ask the next day for late checkout even as Hyatt globalists. The next morning we were having breakfast at 9 when we were told we had to vacate the room at 11a even though we were planning to stick around the eastern side of the island the whole day. The resort definitely was not busy and did not appear to be at full capacity. To add salt to injury, the front desk called before 10:50 to make sure we're leaving on time and the staff knocked excessively as we were rushing to finish our packing to escort us off property at 11, 1105 and 1110...it left a sour taste to what could have been a beautiful stay in Hana.
