We had a wonderful time sitting for lunch overlooking the water and pools at this resort! Lots of happy people - great food and smiles all around. We started with a couple of cocktails then followed by a couple of very fresh salads- the mains were great as well! Our service was very good. You will enjoy this property!

We were here for a wedding in May. The resort sits in the most picturesque setting right on the water. This is truly a 5 star hotel, the staff has been trained extensively and it shows. The restaurant (Twenty - Eight Atlantic) is really fantastic, and had probably the best service on the property. We chose to upgrade to the Signature Waterview Room, and it was WORTH it. You can tell different sections of the property were a bit older. The view in this room is just insane it is really a suite, just with one big room. Worth the money. Would definitely go back to do more exploring in this area!

This resort is beautiful and comfortable. We went as part of a business meeting. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The housekeeping is impeccable. Our catered meals were delicious. I would say the only downside was the restaurants. There was no where to just grab a coffee or light snack. The casual restaurant was small with a small bar and was very expensive. The formal restaurant was larger. It would have been hard to go as a family without a place to get a snack.

The last time I was in Cape Cod was as a teenager (and barely out of tweendom at that) with my folks and I can pretty much guarantee they didn't stay in a place like this. I would have remembered, believe me. This place is gorgeously situated betwixt Pleasant Bay and a small cove so just about every room gets a water view. The staff is tremendously polite, courteous, friendly, and accommodating -- all the staff I passed on the walkways between facilities were unfailingly pleasant and cheerful (I suppose it's hard not to be with the grand views, beautiful gardens and tweeting birds - the real kind ...). My accommodations were terrific: I was lucky enough to stay in one of their Premier Cottage-style rooms, which was a large studio with king bed, spacious sitting area (sofa bed), luxe bathroom (whirlpool bath and separate shower stall), and sliding glass double-doors that opened onto a semi-private deck (with table and chairs, chaise longues) with a direct view of the cove (this room was No. 5 ... one of 3 or 4 units of a single "cottage"). The room was quiet and comfortable with very nice amenities like complimentary bathrobes and slippers. The only issue is that some of the walkways pass right by some of the side windows so you have to be sure to draw the blinds by evening. Other on-site facilities such as the pool, gym, restaurants, outdoor spaces/seating areas, firepits ,and meeting rooms were attractive and well-appointed, all with abundant views of the water.

We just had our wedding at the Wequassett this past weekend and we couldn't have picked a better place. The venue itself is beautiful and the service is outstanding! We had so many guests stay at the Wequassett who are still talking about how great and accommodating the staff was. If you are looking to have your wedding here, do it! Our wedding planner, Megan, went above and beyond on everything- there was nothing she couldn't make happen. If you get married here, request Megan as your planner, she made the planning and the day itself relaxing and fun! Such an incredible woman, our day wouldn't have been the same without her guidance and help along the way.
