More than wonderful. Special highlights for the cigar lounge at the mezzanine floor. Mr Daniel treats you as you are the only and exclusive guest every single day. Congrats from Brazil to all of you! Cheers! Ramon Fernandez

Finally Havana has a truly 5 Star Hotel. We didn't stay at the hotel but we did go for a tour and had lunch and dinner at the roof top restaurant, I would like to give a special thanks to our waiter Rodolfo who was truly a great host. I would recommend anyone that has the change to visit this hotel. We had Lobster and Octopus and they were delicious.

My wife and I recently returned from a visit to Havana. I’m so very happy we decided to stay at the Gran Manzana. It’s location is in the heart of Havana, within walking distance of many places of interest. The staff was very friendly, professional and always very helpful and accommodating. The building and our room was modern, very clean, with all the modern conveniences one would expect from a five star hotel. The rooftop pool and restaurant was fabulous!!! We ate at the restaurant 4 times, great service, delicious food, and drinks. So enjoy Havana, but if your looking to stay at a hotel that provides you with the comforts and conveniences you are accustomed to, then this is your hotel!

Last weekend we had the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful hotel in Havana After doing a survey in TA, we came to the conclusion that we wanted to experience the best hotel in Havana as it finally was The property is majestic, and extremely central, so you can visitl most of the old havana on foot without the need of a vehicle The entire facade of the "Manzana GĂłmez" was preserved, which gives it a historic touch of beautiful architecture and inside it is a last generation hotel, with all the services and amenities of a 5-star hotel of the 21st century Design, furniture, good taste, together with the location of elegant spaces, different options of bars, cigar lounge, restaurant in the noble zone or in the roof top, spa, gym, etc. Mall associated with elegant international brands surround the building to complement luxury and good taste Service in all areas, Front Desk, Concierge, Security, Bell Boys, Bar and Restaurants, trained, educated, friendly and efficient, which indicates the work of the Kempinski brand and its high quality standards The room is absolutely amazing, decoration, furniture, courtains, spectacular bathroom, and although the bedding is a little hard comparing to american taste, linnen, amenities, etc are just marvellous It is a total experience, for a demanding public, accustomed to the best, surrounded by an elegant and exclusive environment The price, fully justifies its value, that of the best hotel in Havana and probably in Cuba The only but remarkable during our stay is the fact that the roof top pool was out of service for repair For everything else, I can assure you that it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in the world Thanks Kempinski, will return to you no matter where in the world!

The location and the exterior decor is great. BUT, since you enter the lobby you can tell it is not a 5 stat hotel. The decor is too flashy and does not resemble what a 400dls per night hotel should look like. The rooms are very mediocre and the breakfast was not tasty at all. A very small selection. The service was good but I think you can find that service in any Havana hotel since Cubans are really nice. Long story short, I wouldn’t return. Too pricey for what it has to offer.
