We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and everything was far beyond our expectations! We booked a suit in the modern building which was spacious like an apartment. Each evening was another live performance by Cuban singers and players, giving us a sense of their wonderful music. The whole stuff was very kind. A specail thank to the concierges- who were so helpful, with every question, provided a lot of advices and I could sense they are really professional: Julio, Edwin, Gorge Luis, Aramis, Edy and Jazgro!! Another gem is the swimming pool on the roof: very clean and many corners for relaxation.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. The location is very good for tourists plans. The staff was always friendly and offered good service all the time. The hotel has a music band every day. The food is good and prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend that hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and if you get a room with a view to the central park like we did, that's a plus! Otherwise, if you go to the upper floor to the pool, you'll get the same amazing views! The service is really good and everyone is super helpful. The breakfast has a wide variety of options, including gluten-free! On top of all of this, it's in a perfect location, easy to walk everywhere. Couldn't recommend it more!

Check in isn't the fastest, the rooms are dated and breakfast isn't great but.... it's a great location in Havana. The roof top pools and bars are lovely. The lobby bar, staff and general area are all good. The drinks are good and with some type of live music in the lobby and on the roof each night. Also, if there are any issues the staff will get them fixed for you.
