High end hotel in central part of town. The rooms are very nice and plush but a bit on the formal, French style which is not my taste. Breakfast delivered to the room was fair. Gym was very small and not really worth using. Staff was very ice and helpful and wine tastings offered in lobby were great. It was expensive and perhaps a bit overprised.

The hotel is a small, charming hotel with lots of special touches throughout the stay. We were greeted at the curb and offered champagne once inside. The room had fresh cut flowers and a large bath tub with special bath salts. When we came back from dinner, macaroons were waiting for us. Breakfast was on the lighter side so order additional items if you like large breakfasts.

Stayed here for my birthday. We were asked if the stay was for a special event we booked the reservation, said yes. No recognition of any kind, a little disappointed. We were asked our name about every time we left or came back to the property, no idea why. Had to leave early on our last day and did not realize breakfast was served at 8:00, told the desk this and we were told there is coffee in the lobby starting at 6:00. The hours for breakfast are listed on the confirmation, did not see that. The valet parking is just parking on the street, where they can find a open slot. When we checked out was was told our car was in front, it was, across the street in the rain. E-mailed the general manager with our concerns and no response. There are many other options near by that have the same or better rooms and service at a better price.

Charming hotel, great location, walk to everything. Lovely large rooms, large bathrooms, nice big windows that open if you like fresh air. Antique furniture, jet tub, rain shower all nice. No grab bars in bathroom and towel rack was too far from shower, so could be a problem for some. TV is a bit outdated, its in a buffet table and you press a button and it rises from inside. Front desk was very helpful with luggage and free wine tasting was lots of fun. Breakfast is delivered to room and rolled in on table, very nice, French Press coffee, pastries, all good. Would love to give 5 stars but the big issue for me was the bed was really soft and uncomfortable. I need a firm mattress so will definitely inquire about firmness next time. If you like low tech, romantic European style, you will like Hotel Les Mars.

The building is cozy, only 16 guest rooms and a small lobby. The room (307) was lovely, with tall ceilings and windows, a comfy chaise lounge, gas fireplace, canopy bed, Nespresso machine, and large bathroom in clean gray and white marble. The building is conveniently situated in town, but the room and town are nice and quiet at night. The staff was outstanding - professional, friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable - I can't say enough good things about this team, they were terrific. We enjoyed this long weekend stay, would love to stay again, and highly recommend Hotel Les Mars.
