We absolutely loved our stay. They upgraded our family to an ocean view suite. It was steps from the beach and the pool in the corner of the building. They gave us lots of free drink tickets at check in, gave us a free bottle of wine delivered to our room one night, and were just wonderful. The room was nice with bottled water daily and a Nespresso machine (I believe this is just for certain rooms, the parking lot view rooms seemed to have Keurigs). Pools were great, the beach was beautiful. Keep in mind only the main resort pool is heated depending on when you go. Everything was just renovated and the room was gorgeous. Keep that in mind if you are looking at picture online that are over a year old that it doesn’t look like that anymore.

I think they re-heat the breakfast buffet food from the day prior. The potatoes, sausage and bacon were cold in their warmers. Staff suggested warmer was not working properly. Asked if we could use a microwave at least since we paid $26 each for a party of 4. They said nope! When I complained, the food manager was willing to give us a 50% discount for our troubles. Should have refunded all of it. Super disappointed! The rest of the stay was great!

Had a fantastic trip to Hilton Head and Stayed at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort. Beautiful property and great ocean access. Fantastic Friendly Staff who make you feel welcome and are extremely helpful. Beautiful, updated rooms. Great place to stay when visiting this beautiful part of the country.

The amenities and service provided at this hotel was unmatched! We loved it and plan to come back. Great for kids and adults.

We stayed may 2024 a room with no sleep The room was beautiful after recent renovations but the air conditioning never cooled off the room the fan made a huge clicking noise on high It was directly across from elevator that serviced the whole building …..result people laughing talking continuously until about 10 pm then the heat… so no sleep The view was directly on the parking lot So no opening those doors This room should be for third party bargain customers not people spending 500 dollars a night I have had much better rooms in this hotel at resort rate SO DON’T stay in room 115 and you might want to teach your front seat people ( Lucy) a little compassion for people who have supported this hotel for over 40 yrs and had a terrible experience!!!
