This is our 3rd time at this hotel. Great experience again. Only thing that really bugs us is our room is never ready when we arrive. And we always show up some time after 4pm. The food at all the restaurants is hit or miss, but I did enjoy the coffee every morning. The location is wonderful including the beach access. The water pressure is not strong, but works for me since I always forget to use my sunscreen. The rooms must have been updated since a few years back, they were up to date and very nice. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, only complaint is with front desk called to let me know something was damaged and they were going to reimburse me, never got the money.

Excellent hotel for families. Children are treated as treasured guests with plenty for them to do. Also the mascot Duney the Dolphin making an appearance is always a highlight for my girls. The pools and grounds are well maintained and provide a relaxing atmosphere. Easy access to the beach is a big plus with bike, chair, and umbrella rentals available as you go. Only downside is some of the staff are not as friendly as you would expect.

I had booked resort view and they instead gave me the parking lot view . The whole trip went down from there . You spent so much and this is how they falsify things , I brought to their attention but didn’t do anything to correct it

This is an older resort. The rooms have been renovated recently and are nice. You can tell the building has older mechanics such as hvac and plumbing. The room had some musty issues due to the buildings age. The outside of the resorts deck walkways need updated and replaced. Courtyard and pools are beautiful and look upgraded though. Restaurants need to be updated with brighter colors, they look so dark. However the Breakfast Buffet was great!! Outside of the building looks old and dated. Needs landscape refresh around the outside and entrance. Service entrances look gross and nasty. Needs cleaned and kept up. When you drive by to park in south parking you notice the food service entrances etc. not very appealing and dirty.

Food was excellent-from the poolside to the wedding reception. Rooms practical & beautiful Easy to navigate the resort
