This was a lovely hotel in pretty surroundings. We could see the ocean from our balcony, even though it wasn't straight on. We enjoyed sitting out there watching the waves. HH Prime made for a wonderful Anniversary dinner. The Pastry Chef is very talented! Our hot breakfast sandwiches from the Marketplace were delicious as well. The property could do with stronger a/c in the bars/restaurants, but I'm told that sometimes it's too strong so apparently it fluctuates. I felt bad for the Staff. If I was hot sitting at a table, I have to imagine it could be hard to work in a kitchen or as Housekeeping at times. But that was the only drawback and it was very slight. We'd definitely stay here again.

We just had a great week at the Omni. I brought my two daughters down for a birthday trip and the staff surprised them with a dessert in our room and a card. Bethwel and Isabel were so kind. All of the staff was friendly. We came on a slower week maybe because most of the other complaints were not an issue. There were tons of towels at the pool everyday. There were families but it wasn’t overcrowded. The beach was dead and the pools were the busier area. We had drinks and food at the Market they have and it was adequate. Our room was very nice and clean. We did not see or hear any construction anywhere. We did not go to the adult pool because one of my daughters is 15. They had live music on the grounds many times while we were there. We rented bikes and that was fun we rode them on the beach and around the neighborhood. We did not eat at HH Prime or the XO so no review on that. We would come back if we decided to visit the area again. We rented a car so didn’t use any of the transportation options.

This was our first stay at the Omni, the rooms are nice and newly renovated. The grounds were beautiful and drink/food options on the grounds were plentiful. You do not have to leave the grounds which was so invaluable for us as we traveled with an infant and a toddler. XO restaurant had amazing food. The Palmetto Market has everything you would need also. The hotel staff was very very pleasant. I highly recommend Omni Hilton Head.

Roaches in the room, inattentive service, cold food and an worn our property. There have to be better options in the area as I cannot imagine them being worse.

This is he first time we have been to Hilton Head and we are so glad we picked this hotel. First - the room is excellent. We are in the south building. Love the space, the kitchenette and the color scheme - very “beachy”. We paid a bit more to overlook the “garden” and we enjoy sitting on the balcony in the morning with our hotel supplied coffee (love that there is a “keurig” type coffeemaker in the room). The room is clean and feels newly updated - LOVE the 2 stand alone sinks in the bathroom area. Second - the facilities have been great. We have enjoyed the adult only pool. Great for couples! Lots of chairs and umbrellas. The hotel is right on the beach and we have enjoyed the very log walks. Today we intend on renting some bikes from the hotel for the day - great that they have this option on site. Having our own parking is great - we can come and go as we please. We have eaten all of our meals off site so the parking makes it very convenient. we have also used the free hotel shuttle which is very quick and another great amenity especially if you intend on drinking. WIFI signal is strong including at the pool (which hasn’t always been the case at some other hotels). Lastly, so far the service has been good. Check in was fast and friendly. Cleaning staff are good and attentive to your needs. The outdoor bar staff are super friendly. The location of the hotel is great if you want to go anywhere on the island. We will be back!
