Our favorite resort & bike rental. Sea Pines always makes us feel welcome. Exceptional customer service & bike rentals are always in excellent condition. Thank you also for the new Burley dog trailer. It worked very well for our Boxer dog. Bit roomier than the older version we think. See you in November.

Staff extremely rude and condescending about adjusting bike seat height and setting lock. Very unfriendly, obviously hates his job!

The bike shop staff were most courteous. I had various needs for family coming and going over the course of 5 weeks. The staff made it seamless! We swapped bikes for the needs of the individuals staying with us. We really appreciated the help and cooperation . Thank you!

The selection of bikes are great....all in great condition! The staff was extremely friendly and made sure everything was all set (bike seat adjustment, tire pressure, etc.) before we left the shop! We rent there VERY year! BEST BIKE RENTAL IN SEA PINES!!!

We visited Sea Pines the week of the RBC Hertitage April 15 - April 22, 2024 and stayed on the property in a villa/townhouse in the Fairway Lane community. First off, if you like golf (or encourging someone to like golf), there is no experience like staying on the Sea Pines property during the RBC Heritage tournament, We bought grounds tickets for the entire event and the Lighthouse Club (18th green with food and booze/soft drinks included) on Saturday. We walked the entire course on Thursday and spent our time at the Lighthouse Club on Saturday. RBC Hertiage made it easy to sell our tickets on-line for the other days at a premium to face so we more or less broke even with the expenive Lighthouse Club tickets (it's worth it!). Second, the experience at Sea Pines is fabulous (golf or no golf). We rented bikes (which are dropped off and picked up upon arrival and depature). I recommend bikes, walking or the Sea Pines trolleys as the mode of transporation. The property is so beautiful. Third, the beach is fabulous. I recommend the Sea Pines Beach Club and anyone can rent beach chairs with umbrellas any day. The Beach Club offers great food (see below) and whatever anyone wants to drink from 11:30am - 10:30 pm. There's also plenty of access points throughout the property to get to the beach and ocean. Fourth, the food and service is outstanding at Coast (which includes the Beach Club bar) and Fraser's Tavern. I think we went through most of each menu. Fifth, our villa/townhouse was immaculate! The unit had everything we could have possibly needed plus cool neighbors right on the golf course with a "private" putting green that is maintained daily thanks to the Sea Pines golf course team. There was also plenty of aligator spottings around in the ponds around Fairway Lane and throughout Sea Pines. Finally, in life, it's all about the people. The Sea Pines staff could not have been more friendly, kind and knowlegable. The assitance of the staff really put the whole experience over top (hence the five star rating). Go and enjoy!
