This is a classy establishment. The public areas are top shelf, especially the lounge areas, tea room, breakfast restaurant , bar and bathrooms. The breakfast, in fact, was one of the best we have ever experienced. All staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Our room opened directly to the pool and this was great for a first up dip in the mornings. The hotel is also very well located and is close to the major attractions in the city.

On a combined business and leisure trip to Ho Chi Minh city. Service and F&B quality, staff attentiveness, their warm-hearted and professional service was unprecedented to me and very hard to top! Best ever 5-Star I have stayed over 40+ years of travelling.

Absolutely worth it. The room is clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and it’s my second stay there. Located in the city centre which is couple walk to access everything. The Bar 2 Lam Son was cool to have some couple drink. Almost forgot that i was at abroad bar.

This hotel is wonderful. It’s comfortable, clean and exudes class. We’ve stay here a number of times in the past and were here for 3-1/2 weeks this time. The hotel’s location is perfect and the people who work here are to a person very friendly and excellent service providers always looking to make your stay better. The hotel has very good restaurants (we will write a separate review of Square One). The large lobby lounge is really nice and the smaller places for lunches or drinks are also very pleasant. The concierge people are special: Nguyen, Dang, Nga and so many others are always ready to help and indeed are very helpful. Guest Services Manager Maria also was very nice and helpful. Most assuredly, we’ll be back!

The Park Hyatt Saigon is a world class hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Best hotel breakfast that I have experienced anywhere in the world. Fabulous pool. The staff pays incredible attention to every detail. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Saigon.
