Stayed at the Towers Wing. Being a Platinum Elite, we got an upgrade to Studio King. The hotel is excellent and very well maintained. We had a very good selection of Indian Food for Breakfast. Chef Siddique had prepared some excellent Indian food like Poha, Upma, Dosa and Chole Puri. The service at the lounge was also very good.

The staffs in the reception, lounge and fitness center areas are all excellent. They pay attention to the customers and very friendly. The facilities are also great and clean. The room is clean and up to date. I highly recommend this hotel due to their exceptional service.

Just wrapped up our first visit to Vietnam … what an incredible country of beauty and energy! Spent 3 days in Ho Chi Minh City. Like many travelers, we compiled a list of places to visit and foods to try prior to arrival. First day under the 30+ degree sun was kinda miserable as we encountered many challenges with language and transportation. On Days 2 & 3, we changed our approach and parked ourselves in front of the Concierge Desk both morning and evening to overcome the “organized” chaos encountered on Day 1 (I called it “organized” because locals must have adopted these best practices to enhance their lifestyle). Information and tips provided were thoughtful and allowed us to explore a unique side of HCMC, tasted many different banh mi sandwiches, bowls of pho noodles, and cups of coffee. I also like to highlight that Sheraton Saigon’s central location is just the prefect hub for many places of interest. A big thank you to everyone at the Sheraton for an unforgettable vacation … especially Mr. Anh and Mr. Lam at the Concierge.

Spacious rooms and good gym and outdoor pool area with wait staff. Big welcoming lobby. Best most reliable housekeeping service I’ve ever experienced. Amazing breakfast buffet, unbeatable.

Check-in was awful, midnight and it took forever. I have always gotten 2 breakfast with my room and now they are saying only 1 breakfast. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I didn’t check-in until midnight, so didn’t get to enjoy the happy hour and they are arguing with me about 2 breakfast. This is the last portion of my business trip, am a titanium member and haven’t had this issue at any other Marriott during the last 10 days. I booked 2 rooms, 1 for a business meeting room and the other for us to sleep. Next time, I will NOT be staying at this hotel. There are plenty of other Marriott properties in HMC that I have not had this issue with.
