We stayed at the Landmark for a night as a couple's escape from kids in December. There isn't really much we can fault this hotel for. It came at a cost certainly, but overall we are very happy with what we got. The room was very comfortable indeed, large and nicely decorated with a large bath. The facilities in the hotel was lovely and they treated us to breakfast as we arrived early. A very nice gesture. Breakfast was very good although busy, but we made use of many of the guest services in our short stay and all was executed to perfection. The room also came with a voucher to use in Landmark shopping center, though admittedly the choice of shops there were not to our liking. It is a very high end shopping center.

This hotel is very beautiful and there is a big shopping mall next to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the food in the front bar was very nice. The rooms were very nice. Will go back again 👍🏼👍🏼

Stayed here for one night on business. I travel to Hong Kong fairly often but typically pick the Four Seasons and Mandarin Oriental as my #1 and #2 choices but they were not available and in any case I was quite keen to try out the Landmark. The location is hard to beat for being in the heart of Central. Overall the quality of the staff was up to the very high standards of the MO group, if slightly lacking the "special touch" of the staff at the original MO. My overall problem is that everything at the hotel feels rather cramped - the lobby being quite small with no atmosphere and the room itself being quite a bit smaller than I was hoping with zero view or natural light. The actual interior itself is very nicely done however both the size and lack of view sets it some way back from its main competition. I was also a bit disappointed with my experience with the Concierge who very actively discouraged me from dining somewhere nearby that I have visited with locals in favour of a new restaurant that was completely empty (I didn't go there in the end but feel that this was not objective advice). So in summary although the hotel is of a very high standard I can't see why (other than price) you would choose the Landmark over the original MO or the Four Seasons so won't be breaking my old habits.

The plus 1. Smooth check in with front desk offering a HKD600+ supplement to upgrade to a larger room (to allow for baby cot) and free breakfast for two 2. Big room (by HK standard) and relatively well maintained though some signs of wear and tear ie creaking wardrobe door, and toilet doors 3. Warm service (generally) from both front desk and the servers at MO bar during breakfast 4. Decent breakfast spread with some dishes changed daily (at least past two morning) and some made to order dishes (great egg benedict) Not so great 1. The reason we had DND sign is because the baby is zzz and we don't want to be disturbed -- don't understand why we still had folks calling for two out of three nights on none urgent matters!? 2. Enthusiastic service but lack of follow up from server in MO bar -- I asked for black coffee, baby cutlery and warm water. She remembered only the warm water. Had to remind for the baby cutlery and separately again for the coffee -- it wasn't even crowded (there were total of three tables including mine)

We stayed at the Landmark for six nights last week so we could attend the Rugby Sevens. We found the hotel to be stunning. Everything was amazing. The hotel is beautifully appointed and looks amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and your every need is catered for. The bathroom was incredible and we could have held a swimming gala in the bath. The Mo bar was a busy and enjoyable place to be and the breakfasts were excellent. However above all this it is the staff that make this hotel exceptional. Each and every one of them was prepared to do anything to help. Reception staff, the concierge, the staff in the bar, the room attendant ( the room was serviced twice a day) and the door staff all did something extra to help us during our six day stay. I have never been in a hotel where the staff made you so welcome. Even during our short stay they remembered our names and our preferences. We had such a happy and memorable time there. Thank you
