Fully satisfied to stay
We are thankful to the good service staff in this hotel. We can enjoy the peaceful and happy stay during our short trip. Great and clean environment, good service staff and delicious food and drinks. Will definitely come back to stay again if we visit HK in the near future.

one of the best gin cocktails!
i particularly enjoyed the drinks at the Artesian Bar. Mixologists Hinata and Pak are professional and they serve us wonderful gin cocktail. Will definitely come again.

Old dated hotel.
First room was bad. 1990s not renovated with the old musky smell. Changed room to the refurbished room , was better but had strong cigarette smell even though it was a non smoking hotel. Third room was ok. But they use strong fragrance to cover up smells. Overall hotel lobby and entire look and feel is that it is a very old hotel that needs a major renovation. Even the breakfast place is old. Food was so so. The dim sum was low average. Food overall was low average. Again I am just comparing based on the price point. Cost benefit value logic. Low cost to value benefit. Location is not that great as the MTR itself is not that near. Only good thing is that the room size I guess is decent for HK standards. There are way better hotels out there for this price point. It took me back 30 years ago. It is not modern nor luxurious at all.

Mediocre
Just dropped in for a champagne on our way home. Seated quickly, but further service lacking. A young lady had seated us, but failed to retake our orders
