Not a true 5 star
Travelled with my family over the NYE and expected a five star hotel for the price we paid. Very disappointed - old rooms, terrible service. Severely understaffed during our stay. No staff available to help with our bags when we arrived, we had to handle everything ourselves. Check-in was slow. This feels like a budget hotel than luxury one. We wont be returning.

Great location to see Hong Kong
The hotel is ideally situated to get around Hong Kong. It’s a short walk from the harbour where you can drink, eat and watch the light show. The metro (MTR) is close by as are a range of restaurants and shopping malls. For some reason our room had a large window between the bathroom/toilet and the bedroom. There is a blind that can be pulled down if you don’t want to watch your room mate in the bathroom but it does little to prevent the bedroom being illuminated when the bathroom light is turned on.

Definitely will come back
Very good services. Employees very helpful, always smiling. Especially Gold from the lounge services at level 11 . Food also very good and all services are very good.

Luxury was missing
Stains in the hallways. Items left in the room from the previous guest, so housekeeping did not do a thorough inspection. Door was chipped and overall room needs some maintenance updates.
