Great choice for HK visit
Great customer service and friendly staff, with great people like Wilson who helped us with a smooth checkout. Highly responsive and in a great location. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a great mix of Western and local choices.

It is my 2nd time at this property . And I will come back . The location and hotel standard are good . But it’s the service that is most excellent that will bring us back - esp the online conceiage - Becky - throughout our stay - very responsive , informative , addressed issues and questions very well.

Rooms were not ready at the committed 3pm check in time. No apologies or any other solutions from the staff. Horrible soundproofing we could hear the sound from the street very clearly.
