The Langham Hong Kong

We had heard of “The Langham experience” from family and an opportunity arose to stay at The Langham in Hong Kong for 4 days in a twin lounge access room booked on a great deal through Qantas Hotels. The lounge staff make for a wonderful stay - not one thing is too much for them to sort - from the moment Nicole makes you comfortable in the lounge for check-in to breakfast, afternoon tea and a pre-dinner supper served by Bryle, Alyssa, Jonathon, Gold and Yang - Yep, that is “The Langham experience”. 5 stars people. Your room will be quiet, elegantly furnished with supremely comfortable mattresses for good nights sleep after an active day in HK because of the hotel’s central location to walk, taxi, bus or float across the Harbour to all the attractions. Thank you Langham Management for producing, in our opinions, a 5 star product.

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. I arrived late at 8 PM, thinking my room would definitely be ready by then. Instead, I was forced to sit around and wait for 50 minutes. This is just pure bad management—there is no reason a room shouldn't be ready at 8 PM. The front desk did apologize and gave me a welcome drink, but this doesn't make up for wasting nearly an hour of my evening when I was already tired. For a severe delay like this, they should have handled it much better.

We had three nights in the Club Lounge and we found the staff to be excellent…. Especially Bryle Belen. He was very professional and we enjoyed the pleasure of his company. We also enjoyed our dinner one night at the Food Gallery. We will be back🙏🙏🙏
