Amazing stay at Langham Hotel
We recently stayed at The Langham Hotel Hong Kong and absolutely loved the entire experience. Every single staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and helpful. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and we really enjoyed the hotel amenities. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which had such a great variety. I also want to specially mention Tiffany Ho, Chief Concierge, who went out of her way to help us plan our sightseeing. Her recommendations were spot on, and she paid attention to every detail to make sure we covered the key attractions efficiently. Thanks to her, everything went so smoothly. She’s truly a great asset to The Langham. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable. It’s truly 5-star experience.

My third stay at this hotel!
Best breakfast and dinner at Tang Court. Clean and new Superior Room on 15th floor. Super clean and friendly attentive service from housekeeper name Shuang. Must stay at Hong Kong Tsim Tsa Tsui. Very Convenient. Famous hotel all drive hailing and taxi drivers know. Opposite of the best mall in Hong Kong.

A short sojourn in Hong Kong
The Langham Hotel in Hong Kong was everything that we had hoped it would be. From the moment we arrived, the staff did everything that they could to make our stay memorable. As we arrived early we had to wait for our room to be made ready but as we had a Club room, we were ushered to the 11th floor where we were greeted and offered refreshments until our room was ready. When we were shown to our room we were pleasantly surprised to be ushered into a cosy lounge complete with fireplace, tv, fresh fruit basket and special chocolates. From there we entered a hallway with closets on one side and a well appointed bathroom on the other. The bedroom itself was large and the beds very comfortable. Finally the staff were all excellent. I cannot name them all but Phoenix was so helpful, Gold, the Club stewardess was polite, efficient and very helpful while David, the senior Club Manager was extremely friendly and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff.
