We stay here for an extended time. Staying at the hotel is even better than being at home. The staff is excellent and make the highest effort to ensure we're comfortable

I had a wonderful stay at The Langham, and it truly lived up to its reputation for comfort, elegance, and convenience. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and well-organised. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, making it easy to get around the city, whether for sightseeing, dining, or business. Having such good connectivity while still enjoying a calm and refined hotel environment made a big difference to the overall experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the room that made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. Housekeeping was consistently excellent, and the room always felt fresh and welcoming whenever I returned. What truly stood out, however, was the service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, warm, and genuinely attentive, but I would like to give special thanks to Jonathan, who took exceptional care of me during my stay. Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless — from being attentive to small details to proactively offering help whenever needed. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication made the stay feel personal rather than transactional, and it really elevated the entire experience. Overall, The Langham strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and practicality. It’s a hotel that makes you feel well looked after without being overwhelming, and the level of service is exactly what you would expect from a top-tier property. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality hotel experience — especially if excellent service and convenience are priorities.

Very good location. Like the lounge very much, very nice staff and good service. Very nice clearing staff, Ms. Shuang, she is very helpful.

The location was perfect with a Hugh shopping mall only two minutes away as were the ferries to HK island. We had taken a small suit and it was amazing living room, dining room two toilets etc which had a large bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of champagne waiting on ice for our arrival. very very clean and tidy with plenty of power supplies and a small office desk to work from. the staff were faultless offering a fast and friendly service delivered with a smile! I took the opportunity to use the swimming pool which again could not be faulted. Perfect temperature and on the two occasions I used it there were no other swimmers. A big thanks to all at the Langham HK.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Palm Court staff Marscia for her outstanding service. She was incredibly professional, polite, and full of energy . She was warm, enthusiastic, and attentive to every detail, always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Highly recommended!
