The Langham Hong Kong

We have stayed at The Langham, Hong Kong several times now, but what truly makes the Langham Club exceptional is the staff. Jonathan, Bryle, Yang, Nicole, Gold, and the entire team have been nothing short of outstanding every single day. They are incredibly attentive, warm, professional, and genuinely kind. They remembered exactly what we liked to drink, always noticed when we needed something, and somehow managed to be constantly present without ever feeling intrusive — which is a very rare balance even in luxury hotels. The club itself is excellent: very good food, great drinks, comfortable atmosphere, and a wonderful place to relax. But honestly, the people working there are what elevate the entire experience from “very good” to truly memorable. Special thanks as well because you can clearly see how much effort and care the team puts into hospitality. Some of the staff mentioned they are interns or recently hired, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps them long-term. They represent the Langham exceptionally well. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable. We are looking forward to coming back.

I was impressed by Vests and Hinata at the lobby bar. They were welcoming and cheerful and their knowledge of different cocktails was impressive

Great experience at this hotel, but especially want to shout out Hinata and Vesta at the Palm Court Bar! They were very knowledgeable about the bar’s gin selection and helped me to pick the perfect gin for my g&t (my husband and I liked their recommendation so much that we bought a bottle of the gin to take home!), they made the most delicious drinks, and they were very friendly. My husband tried their gin cocktails and loved them. Highly recommend checking out this bar, especially if you love gin.

I am writing to express my sincere thanks to your staff Dorothy TAO and HeBe working at the 11th-floor Executive Lounge. On the afternoon of May 16th, I had a meeting in the Executive Lounge and needed a SIM card ejector pin which I did not carry with me. Dorothy offered help patiently and managed to find the tool for me promptly. Besides solving my problem, she also kindly introduced the hotel’s unique features and exclusive services to me in detail. Her warm, thoughtful and professional service left me a wonderful impression. I truly appreciate her kindness and great dedication. I wish your hotel all the best and I will definitely recommend it to others.
