The Langham Hong Kong

Booked this hotel through Amex Fine Hotel and Resorts. Hotel room was nice. A/C actually works to the temperature I like which is cold. Toilet is clean but can use a bidet upgrade. Front desk staff were courteous. T'ang Court food was excellent and breakfast buffet at The Food Gallery had plenty of choices and all food were of excellent grade. Location is also perfect near all the attraction of Tsim Tsa Tsui. If you are taking a bus from/to the airport, bus stop is just across the street.

We arrived with a problem of no cash to pay a “taxi” driver from the airport and they sorted it before we had even checked in. We had access to the club lounge and it was very good, staff extremely helpful and attentive. Good breakfast selection and evening snacks and drinks. We had stayed here many years ago and it is still very good. Excellent location.

The staff is incredible. The front desk team (shout out June) helped me with a last minute request for something I needed during a client meeting and personally went above and beyond to make it happen. Overall I had an incredible stay. Not to mention the 3 Michelin star Cantonese restaurant on site. Thank you Langham HK!

The service at Langham was exceptional. We stayed two days late April and I received an email from the hotel even before the visit with various options for the transportation from the airport. We chose taxi, but knew we needed cash from the email. We chose the club room and it was worth the extra. Jonathan at the club was incredibly helpful and the other staff were so cheerful, friendly and helpful. I have stayed at many club rooms, but I have to say that this was one of the best services I experienced. The tea for the afternoon tea was really fragrant. We tried seafood buffet at the hotel restaurant on Jonathan’s recommendation and took a guest. There were lobsters, King crabs, steaks… It was also a great deal since we got a discount as we were hotel guests. Before we decided on Langham, we debated between the hotels with the Victoria Harbor view and Langham. I am very happy we decided on Langham and went to the other hotel with the harbor view for drinks.

Stayed with family in March 2026, we were efficiently checked-in by June on arrival. Pheonix was always helpful in the lobby or up for a little chat. The girls (Alyssa, Nicole and Skye) in the Club Lounge were very friendly and helpful. Skye arranged for us to use the pool at Cordis while maintenance was happening to theirs. Overal a pleasant stay.
