The Langham Hong Kong

Everyone we came across at Langham was courteous and welcoming, especially Rio from the Palm Court went the extra mile in introducing the new high tea features and provided personal services to us. We felt pampered and enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

I love this Hotel, lovely rooms. but also really nice personel. i like how they can switch between friendly and common to official and bussinessy depending on the people they talk to. the location is good too. easy to get to the ferry and the cruise terminal. the cab from the airport also was easy. the food was great and it felt like i was the fist to take food at the buffet. for me absolutly nothing went wrong. they also had nice advise about what to do while staying in Hong Kong. And special thanks to Fharley, he was there every morning for breakfast.. and later in the day for a drink.

Hinata was absolutely amazing. So attentive and took into account our needs wants and what was personal to us. While also making sure we were comfortable and happy at all times.

The reception staff kindly approached me with a welcoming and willing attitude, personally assisting me with the check-in process. What stood out even more was how one of your colleagues accompanied me all the way to the Langham Club on the 11th floor. As a first-time guest, this gesture made me feel genuinely cared for. Moreover, I was thoughtfully invited to enjoy the afternoon tea at the Club while the staff completed the check-in formalities on my behalf—a truly considerate touch. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the housekeeping team. Not only were they courteous and proactive in greeting us, but they also went above and beyond to fulfill our requests, promptly providing additional room amenities without hesitation. Upon check-out, I was equally impressed by the patience and understanding shown by the staff member who came to inspect the room. Despite the fact that I was still in the process of organizing my belongings, they waited without any sign of complaint—a true testament to the hotel’s commitment to outstanding service. Lastly, I must commend the exquisite dining experience, especially at the restaurant. Every dish reflected the chef’s dedication and skill, but I was particularly delighted by the bakery section—the nutty chocolate bar served during breakfast was an absolute highlight!
