The Langham Hong Kong

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay, specifically regarding the front desk staff member named Yuki Chui. Throughout my interaction with Ms. Chui, I found her attitude to be incredibly rude and dismissive. When I approached the desk with a simple inquiry, she did not offer a greeting or a smile, and she responded to my questions with a tone that felt hostile and impatient. She seemed annoyed by my presence and made no effort to assist me with my request, simply brushing me off rather than trying to find a solution. It is incredibly frustrating to encounter such a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism, especially in the hospitality industry. A front desk agent sets the tone for the entire guest experience, and Ms. Chui’s behavior made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and helpfulness in the future.

Extremely disappointed with my experience the room had a bad moldy smell like old carpet and furniture

We had a wonderful stay at The Langham Hong Kong. Its location was ideal for visiting Harbour City, the waterfront, restaurants, shops, and exploring Tsim Sha Tsui. The warm, attentive service made our stay especially memorable. Mary Gold made us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for, while Andy from The Langham Service team was responsive and helpful through the hotel’s convenient WhatsApp messaging service, which made requesting assistance easy without calling. The Club Lounge was another highlight, offering a relaxing place to unwind after exploring Hong Kong, with enjoyable afternoon refreshments and evening canapés. The elegant hotel, comfortable and well-maintained room, and excellent service made our trip feel truly special. Many thanks to Mary Gold and Andy for taking such good care of us. We would happily stay at The Langham Hong Kong again.

My second stay in 2 weeks and this time I booked directly with the Brilliance app and took the Club upgrade option. I already really liked the hotel but this just raised the experience further. The staff are so welcoming, attentive and friendly but this time I got checked in through the club which was super convenient. The premium king room was amongst the best I have stayed in and for the price just outstanding value. Everything you want or need is provided for. Most importantly the bed is super comfortable. The club is great and the food and beverage pretty good. The afternoon tea is good and the breakfast as good as the full restaurant. The gym is superb and the fitness equipment has all that you need. This will be my likely go to hotel from now on.

We had a lovely anniversary stay at The Langham, Peking Road. The room was beautifully appointed, the marble bathroom was spotless, and the thoughtful anniversary surprises- petals, cake, exquisite chocolates, fruit (though the grapes were sour haha), and a handwritten card, were truly touching. A special thank you to stylist Hebe for going above and beyond to make our anniversary memorable. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service at the Club Lounge. Gold had amazing energy, incredibly attentive and always seemed to know what guests needed, ensuring that everyone was well taken care of. Bryle was warm, gracious, and accommodating, while Jonathan provided equally exceptional and professional service. Staying in a Club Room also offered excellent value and made the experience feel even more special, particularly through access to the Club Lounge and its thoughtful service and amenities. We especially appreciated the Lounge’s calm, refined atmosphere. Guests were quiet and respectful of one another, making it a wonderfully relaxing place to unwind. Skye welcomed us with such wonderful energy and personally showed us our room and the anniversary preparations. These wonderful people truly shone and made our stay feel personal, luxurious and special. They are a credit to The Langham and deserve to be recognized. We left with very fond memories of our anniversary stay. The Club room stay provided a lot of value. Get it if you see a good deal.
