I was there for 5 nights with my daughter. We used the FRH from Amex platinum to book this property. We enjoyed our stay so much from room service breakfast, daily fruit in the room, and all staff were so attentive, warm and polite. We really felt special while we stayed there . A loud shout out to Ben, the room service delivery staff, he made our trip so meaningful. Everyday he would inform us how the weather would be for the day, and so we can dress accordingly. We were hoping to come back again in February 2027. Unfortunately, Langtham is no longer participate in Amex FHR. It is a true lost for us.

It was the second stay with Langham in 2026. The first was in Jan and we felt the room was ok, it had a bathtub as advertised when I booked the room. Unfortunately, the stay in May was horrendous. First, I booked the same room type as I did the first time and to my surprise, when I entered the room, there was no bathtub. As I was in a rush for my appointment, I did not manage to raise this concern to the front desk. On the day of my check out, I highlighted this to the front desk and I was appalled by the reply. It was a nonchalant statement, "the front desk did not inform you during check in?". Woah, I was dumbfounded, it made me sound so stupid to raise this concern as it seemed as if the front desk has informed me. This is not the worse, during my stay at room 349. We were awoken by a very loud and disturbing noise at 8am. We were so shocked and wondered what happened, initially it sounded like the walls were crumbling but we stayed calm and assessed that it was extremely bad noise isolation, the noise was due to sewage. We immediately called the front desk and once again, the attitude we got was that this is pretty common and they knew about it. Fortunately, it happened at 8am, not 3-4am when we were in deep sleep. Nevertheless, the front desk said they will send a housekeeper to check on the situation. A good 10 minutes later, while the noise continued, the housekeeper came. It made the entire situation super uncomfortable because we said obviously we were not the first guests to complain. The housekeeper assessed and said that the noise appears to be from the sewage but quickly gave an excuse she is new here but she will inform the front desk and left. The noise continued for another 20 minutes. The noise came back again probably in 2 hours just before we were checking out close to 12noon. During the check-out, the desk immediately noted of the remark and wanted to brush off the situation. The manager went to the store to take a gift, but even before he wanted to hand over to us, we articulated that we didn't feel safe in this hotel because the noise was so deafening and scary. The attitude of the staff we encountered was abhorrent, they obviously knew of the deficiencies but take no effort to remediate the situation. Even when they do that, they tried to "bribe" us out of it. I am not sure if the management is aware of the condition of the hotel and the liveability. To pay close to HKD2,000 for a night for this hotel is ridiculous

The hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It is in a great location that is easy to get everywhere from. But the staff is beyond comparison! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a family emergency and Phoenix was the most helpful, calming presence. She got us through our crisis and went out of her way to make sure we were good everyday afterwards. Truly amazing.

I had an incredible stay at the Langham. The amenities were great, as well as the tea service, but a highlight of my stay was the help we received from Lucas Yiu, a staff member there. When we first got to the Langham, they told us that the early check in my credit card provides was not available as our room wasn’t ready. But Lucas went above and beyond, finding my family and I a temporary room for us to change and rest until our actual room was ready. Thank you to Lucas for making our stay at the Langham great!

Fantastic stay. The hotel was very clean and in a prime location for exploring Hong Kong. The staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t do more for you. The hotel is close to the MRT which was so useful! The food was also good although with so many options in the nearby area, we didn’t eat here much!
