Great location for Hong Kong
Really great hotel close to everything downtown. The pool was nice and relaxing. All the staff was incredibly friendly too. If you have time for a drink at the bar, Pak is your man!! Very knowledgeable bartender, and makes some great cocktails!

Amazing experience
✨ Our stay at The Langham Hong Kong was absolutely amazing! The location is fantastic, the hotel is beautiful, and the VIP Lounge was wonderful — delicious food, great drinks, and excellent service. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. ❤️ A very special thank you to Gold, who was extraordinary — caring, kind, genuinely helpful, always smiling and so positive. She kindly arranged an early check-in for us after our very early morning arrival in Hong Kong, which we appreciated so much! Nicole was also incredibly attentive and professional. And a special mention to Bryle whose elegance, impeccable manners, personal service, and incredible attention to detail really stood out. He represented The Langham beautifully and made our stay even more enjoyable. He is truly a great asset to the hotel! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to return! ❤️✨

High class experience

Great hotel with musty room!
Great hotel in very convenient location. Staff are somewhat friendly. The room is musty and pillows are with mouldy smell, even with an in-room dehumidifier.

Great location for a few days in Hong Kong
The Langham is welcoming, the staff are attentive, and the rooms very comfortable. Breakfast buffett is extensive with something for everyone. The location gives easy walking distance to the Starr ferry for a scenic ride to Hong Kong Island and prime viewing spots for the nightly harbor lights show. There are several museums nearby, the art museum is a standout. Special thanks to Wilson for handling our oversized luggage with a smile.
