Exceptional and welcoming staff
My husband and I have enjoyed two nights at the Langham, Hong Kong. Lovely rooms and central location in easy walk to the Ferries, great choice of dining experiences for all budgets and a range of shopping Malls. What sets the Langham apart though is the fabulous staff from Jonathan who checked us in on L11 and then took us & our bags to our room after first giving us a welcome drink & lettingbus sit in the lounge & recover after a long day of travelling & a late arrival; Jackie (Chan) on our first morning venturing out asking him in the lift where to top up our octopus card, who lead us out into the street and pointed us in the right direction for everywhere we needed to go that day; then the lovely staff in the Langham Club, Gold, Bryle and Jang who greeted us everyday with a warm smile for Breakfast and in the evening for drinks, were so attentive to our every need, nothing was too much trouble. Other staff whose names we missed..the lovely lady conceige on our level and the cleaners who left our room so tidy & the lovely maintenance man who came to our room to reprogram our safe; all made our stay so wonderful & memorable. Service Beyond Normal
We had an excellent experience over 8 nights from the ambiance of the foyer/lobby to the excellent condition of the room. One small problem watch quickly fixed. The house staff maintained the room impeccably so it was always a joy to return to the room.

A wonderful stay at the Langham in Hong Kong
My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Langham in Hong Kong. The staff are all very polite, helpful, and professional. We enjoyed the food we had at the hotel restaurants.
