The Langham Hong Kong

As regular travellers we came to the Langham weary and tired but as we entered we were immediately greeted with generous and welcoming people, who really care about you .People who know the job and are extremely proud of their work !It shows from the excellent food offerings in all the restaurants to the chic and beautiful room .Comfort and luxury abound here with room the fittings, linen and the plush bath towels and is delivered effortlessly and with quality ! Special staff in all areas of the hotel work behind the scenes quietly and professionally! (to the concierge Tim ! So personable and well versed in all matters Hong Kong , to Tiffany for helpful and excellent work to Samuel ,Ava and Michael in delivering an outstanding holiday experience for us !

Vesta, the mixologist at the Bar in the Hotel Langham, whipped us up the house specialty: The Langham Delight! It’s a gin based refreshing drink that has ginger, rose flavor, sparkling water and finished with a dried blood orange…it’s VERY appropriate after a steamy day of sightseeing. Vesta was very kind and knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely happy to serve us, and share her passion for well made cocktails! Thanks Vesta, and thanks Langham for a great stay!

Yang is the best! Her customer service is first class. She is a credit to the Langham Hotel in Hong Kong . She must be kept on as a staff as she is so professional, helpful and friendly throughout! We would look forward to be served by her as she is the face of the Hotel.

We were anxious to be travelling with a baby but the hotel made everything so perfect it eased our anxiety instantly. They were quick to answer questions we had pre-trip and kitted out our room with a baby bathtub, travel cot with bedding, microwave and bottle steraliser. Every member of staff we interacted with made our stay feel welcoming and special. Thank you Langham Hong Kong, we will be back!

I was there for 5 nights with my daughter. We used the FRH from Amex platinum to book this property. We enjoyed our stay so much from room service breakfast, daily fruit in the room, and all staff were so attentive, warm and polite. We really felt special while we stayed there . A loud shout out to Ben, the room service delivery staff, he made our trip so meaningful. Everyday he would inform us how the weather would be for the day, and so we can dress accordingly. We were hoping to come back again in February 2027. Unfortunately, Langtham is no longer participate in Amex FHR. It is a true lost for us.
