Coming home to my second family
It is always like coming home. For 36 years it was and is always the Langham. As I already told Jerome Li, the family is waiting. Mary Gold, Andrea Jane and Bryce Andrei are doing a tremendous job in the Club Floor area. But to top it all there are Nicole and Jonathan. Both are the personification of service, support and helpfulness. I would not want to miss them. The concierge and his team should also be mentioned with full respect. Furthermore I would not want to miss my soup in the morning. The team in the breakfast area deserves a special positive mentioning. I am looking forward to seeing you all in December. Stay healthy!

Sadly this Langham is on the avoid list!
This hotel has a serious issue with mold. The smell hits you as soon as you get off the elevator to go to your room. The staff are trying to help, by adding air purifiers around the hotel, but sadly it's not enough. We tried to move rooms, we asked for the room to be cleaned again more thoroughly, and it didn't make enough of a difference. We ended up leaving the hotel early and went to the Regent down the street -which was amazing. Sorry Langham Hong Kong - not deserving of the Langham brand.

Great Location
This location is in the heart of Tsim Sha Shui, the staff is great and location is safe/quite. However sometimes the guest are the problem in the elevator. I would love to stay here again next time I come back to Hong Kong and bring my family with me.

Great Customer Services
Everyone at the hotel provides excellent customer service. Ada from the Food Gallery was especially helpful and attentive. During my first visit, I experienced a delay of more than 30 minutes while waiting for someone to collect my luggage. The Front Desk receptionist handled the situation professionally by explaining the reason for the delay and offering a sincere apology. Overall, I appreciated the staff’s friendly and helpful service.

Hidden gem in HK [ if no treasure found, you will find Gold]
The lounge staffs were kind and attentive. Jonathan made our stay enjoyable. He is good in English and speaks Tagalog which made me feel at home. A new assistant called Gold also made the Club more enjoyable. I.hope to.be.back in their Chairman Suite. They had a promo which included everything in the minibar. This time the non alcoholic drinks were included. My favorite wine in another diamond membership group was Pinot.Noir and Langham suites didnt miss. Langham Hongkong not only had Gold but also Jonathan. Langham HK is a hidden gem.
