Great hotel with musty room!
Great hotel in very convenient location. Staff are somewhat friendly. The room is musty and pillows are with mouldy smell, even with an in-room dehumidifier.

Great location for a few days in Hong Kong
The Langham is welcoming, the staff are attentive, and the rooms very comfortable. Breakfast buffett is extensive with something for everyone. The location gives easy walking distance to the Starr ferry for a scenic ride to Hong Kong Island and prime viewing spots for the nightly harbor lights show. There are several museums nearby, the art museum is a standout. Special thanks to Wilson for handling our oversized luggage with a smile.

Pak is the best bartender
My first time visiting Asia was amazing. Everyone at the Langham showed exceptional guest service and I couldn’t ask for more. Special shout out to Pak at the lobby bar for helping me understand the culture make my stay even more enjoyable.

The Langham won't let you down!
Pure luxury in Kowloon, location, atmosphere, service, food, facilities! If you want to spoil yourself this is the place. If you can invest a bit more and book a room with The Club access. That is amazing. The Club is a getaway place from crowded streets of HK. There is peaceful space with almost round a clock service and care. The team of the Club took a good care me from the first step I entered. I lost my phone in a taxi when I was coming to hotel. They got it back to me less than hour. I was so grateful to Ms. Phoenix who fixed that! During my stay I enjoyed very nice and calm breakfast in the club. There was carefully selected dishes and I ordered some hot dishes from the main kitchen (be ready to wait 15-20min). There is also very nice afternoon tea with bubbles and wide selection of small dishes. Even cocktails and champagne with small finger food was very nice before the dinner. I stayed there for two nights, in the Club Jonathan and the team took very good care of me and arrange all I needed, thank you Jonathan! The hotel itself is very nice, the gym is good same as the rooftop pool. I'm from Finland and I was very pleased how good is the sauna in the Spa area. All in all the Langham was really a five star experience!
