Service with warm smile
Location was perfect. Room was of good size and bed was very comfortable. We upgraded to a club room with lounge access which was super worth the additional payment. Breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails have good selection. Food was plentiful. Special shout out to Jonathan and Gold at the Club lounge. Great service and warm smiles.

Was better a few years ago...
We stayed at the Langham while visiting an exhibition in HK. Hotel is looking a little tired and in need of a refurbishment. Pool was out of use for maintenance during our stay which was only communicated 3 or 4 days before we arrived. Club lounge access - very little food. Not really worth it. We upgraded to a 1 bedroom junior suite and the room looked very tired and wasn't very clean. Used to be such a lovely place to stay. Sorry to say I would probably try elsewhere next time.

Amazing stay at Langham Hotel
We recently stayed at The Langham Hotel Hong Kong and absolutely loved the entire experience. Every single staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and helpful. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and we really enjoyed the hotel amenities. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast buffet, which had such a great variety. I also want to specially mention Tiffany Ho, Chief Concierge, who went out of her way to help us plan our sightseeing. Her recommendations were spot on, and she paid attention to every detail to make sure we covered the key attractions efficiently. Thanks to her, everything went so smoothly. She’s truly a great asset to The Langham. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable. It’s truly 5-star experience.

The rooms are new and tidy. The staffs were helpful. Nothing to complain, everything was perfect during my time in Hong Kong. One of the great hotel in TST
