I always stay at The Langham in HK and love the hospitality at the Club. This trip I was taken care by Jonathan, Gold and Skye and they were attentive and helped look into every detail. Look forward to my next visit!

The quality of the service from all employees and the standard of rooms, food and beverage and the central location in Hong Kong. Everyone from housekeeping, porters and Concierge through to the Club level were awesome, all had a genuine and sincere interest at making out stay memorable. Saying this I would say the team at the Club lounge (floor 11) was world class and would rival the service and standards of the best hotels around the world. Everyone we came into contact with understood what we needed and went to above and beyond to deliver. We never had to over explain or follow up, from arrival to departure and all in between was seamless. In addition, the central Hong Kong and access to major attractions, dining and transport – is unrivalled.

The Langham, Hong Kong, embodies the diversity and excitement of the city. Located in the heart of TST, it is next to Harbour City, a shopping mall where you can get necessities at a grocery store inside or grab a bite at one of the many restaurants conveniently located inside the mall. Within walking distance of the hotel is Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Now, the hotel. The moment you walk into the lobby, you can’t help but marvel at the beautiful marble throughout, along with the regal chandeliers suspended from the high ceilings, bathing the lobby in a warm, welcoming ambiance. This set the tone for the rest of my stay at The Langham: the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Michael Lam, executive housekeeper at the hotel, personally greeted me with fresh fruit and chocolates, welcoming my family and I to our stay. This level of personable hospitality deeply touched me and I continued to experience the same kindness from every interaction with all staff at The Langham. I felt safe, welcomed, and cared for during my time here. Also, the rooms are soundproof, a must-have when in such a busy hotel and city. The Food Gallery dinner buffet provides a one-of-a-kind feast, with local Cantonese delicacies like roast meats and fresh seafood prepared to your liking. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and can’t wait to come back.
