The Langham Hong Kong

We travelled for our anniversary, transiting in Hong Kong for a few days. It’s been three years since our last visit, and we’ve had such a wonderful trip. The hotel offers excellent service. The room is conveniently located and spotlessly clean. I had a sore throat and needed to drink plenty of water. On our first night, I called to ask for extra bottles of water, and the housekeeping staff left several more for me the next day when they cleaned the room — such a thoughtful touch. All the staff members are incredibly friendly. They greeted my husband and me warmly whenever we headed out. On check-out day, one staff member even gave me an apple, worrying I might get hungry on the way. We really appreciate her kindness, which made our stay even more memorable. The complimentary celebration cake prepared by the hotel was delicious. Thank you to the whole team! I’ve already recommended this hotel to my parents, who are visiting Hong Kong at the end of the month. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip.

We stayed at the Langham 3 days and 2 nights as an extension from a Viking Ocean cruise. Marco, the concierge, was excellent. Our room was wonderful, and we took advantage of the Executive Club on the 11th floor for breakfasts. Golden Hour was also fantastic.

The staff are service are second to none. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable. They think of everything before you do! Location is great and facilities are all you need.

The Langham is worth every extra penny. It played a massive part in taking my Hong Kong experience from good to truly great. The front desk and service team are the absolute definition of 5-star hospitality. On arrival, I ran into an issue with my bank card, which made check-in tricky while I tried to reach my bank back home. Instead of keeping me waiting, they immediately put me at ease: "No problem sir, go straight to your room and you can resolve payment later." Whenever I hit a snag—whether it was cash machine issues or booking activities—the staff and concierge team step in to help without hesitation. A massive shoutout to the amazing team members who took such great care of me: Charlotte, Kelly, and Mike, who was absolutely superb. And a special thanks to Lucas, who even tipped me off on a few winning horses! Location: Unbeatable. Rooms: Superb, pristine, and comfortable. Food & Service: Top-tier. The breakfast and evening buffets were absolute standouts for me. If you’re currently browsing hotels and wondering if The Langham is worth the price tag—it 100% is. Sad to be leaving, but the memories will last forever. Thank you to the whole team, I’ll definitely be back!
