Great Customer Services
Everyone at the hotel provides excellent customer service. Ada from the Food Gallery was especially helpful and attentive. During my first visit, I experienced a delay of more than 30 minutes while waiting for someone to collect my luggage. The Front Desk receptionist handled the situation professionally by explaining the reason for the delay and offering a sincere apology. Overall, I appreciated the staff’s friendly and helpful service.

Hidden gem in HK [ if no treasure found, you will find Gold]
The lounge staffs were kind and attentive. Jonathan made our stay enjoyable. He is good in English and speaks Tagalog which made me feel at home. A new assistant called Gold also made the Club more enjoyable. I.hope to.be.back in their Chairman Suite. They had a promo which included everything in the minibar. This time the non alcoholic drinks were included. My favorite wine in another diamond membership group was Pinot.Noir and Langham suites didnt miss. Langham Hongkong not only had Gold but also Jonathan. Langham HK is a hidden gem.

A personalized Experience you may not find anywhere else in Hong Kong
The Location of the Hotel was in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, right next to the Harbour City luxury mall and easy access to Hong Kong Island my the ferry/mtr. The atmosphere of the hotel was always welcoming. The rooms were clean and we were always given complimentary fruits to enjoy. The value is great co siderimg the location and Amenities provided in the Hotel. Noise was never an issue. The Service provided by the staff was delightful. The Langham Club was the highlight of the hotel providing refreshments all day. If I’d return to Hong Kong I’d always choose The Langham and I look forward to staying there again.

Sensational Service, The Langham Hong Kong
The hotel is immaculate in decor, amenities and services. We were warmly welcomed immediately from the moment our car arrived through to departure. Our package included the Langham Club and can’t thank the staff enough for their impeccable service both professional and personal, making us feel truly valued as customers. Fantastic bar and restaurants. A huge thank you to Alyssa Kwon for looking after us and accommodating all our needs, you are amazing.

Palm Court Bar ~ Delicious and Moody
Hotel lobby has a bar called the Palm Court with live piano music Wed-Saturday. Gin Bar with more than 300+ varieties. Amazing bartender, Vesta and mixologist Hinata. Delicious cocktails and great atmosphere.
