Luxurious stay in a deluxe room
Check-in was efficient and informative. Kristal helped us get an upgrade from a superior 2-twin room to a deluxe 2-twin room. It cost me an extra $180CAD for 3 nights, but it was worth it. Our room was well decorated, clean, had a (fake) fireplace. Beds were comfy and cosy. The bathroom had a separate shower and tub. Lots of counter space to put stuff on. Shout out to Kristal, who is awesome at the front office. She is stellar at providing service and giving a great experience to guests - she's an asset to the Langham. I had breakfast at the buffet restaurant. It was wonderful with lots of items. I also was treated to dinner at Tang Court in the hotel. It's Michelin starred and it was the most delicious meal. The BBQ roasted pork was out of this world - I don't think I've had anything better in my old age than this one! The peking duck was also a standout. The hotel is well situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. A short 5-min walk to the star ferry to take you to Central or Wanchai. Lots of shopping near by. Wish I could've stayed longer. Will have to come back! Thanks, Langham, such a great stay!

Great Hotel experience at Hong Kong Kowloon
Excellent rooms , nice and clean and well serviced . Club lounge service is excellent . Great staff that recognize guests , friendly and accommodating. Perfect hotel that feels like coming home.

Nice experience
The atmosphere is really nice, and the staffs here are really friendly and warm. Good breakfast. The room is large enough and has a good view to the sea. Nice experience!!!

Good trip
Coming from Germany, we value efficiency and hospitality, and Krystal exceeded our expectations in both aspects. Krystal Cheung from the front desk was incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for our sightseeing adventures around the city. She even arranged a late checkout for us when our travel plans changed last minute. The room was spacious and clean, and her recommendations for local dining made our experience even more authentic.
