Long lines bc time of year super crowded. Great staff and excellent service. Good at all restaurants was great. Breakfast convenient and food just ok. But Tang restaurant out of this world

The Langham Hongkong is our favorite hotel in HK. Service has always been great! Staff are very warm, friendly, helpful & attentive. Special mention to the staff on the executive floor, namely Jonathan, Gold & Rafael. Location is also great! We will always choose the Langham when in HK!

Always a luxurious and pleasant stay at Langham HK
We always enjoy our stay here. We were not able to order the charsiu at Tang Court because it was unavailable. I was so looking forward to eating that! We should have pre ordered it alongside making our reservation. The staff were all gracious and helpful, especially Ling at the concierge.

Hotel staff is so friendly and caring. They responded to all questions and were so quick with anything we needed. Fantastic service!

Best service in all of HK
We were so tired when we got in with 2 active kids. Des helped us and calmed our tired kids. Aside from Des, we had Russell who helped us with our luggages. Concierge got us our adapter in 3 minutes and anything we asked for, we got. Would come back to the Langham for the service!
