Best staff ever.
This hotel is beyond outstanding. Of course the location is great and the amenities are superb. But what really deserves your business is the team, they are one after the other superb. They make you feel at home every single minute of your stay. It is a pleasure to walk out of the room to be greeted by the team with a smile, in the lounge, the reception, virtually everywhere. Hard to think of a better experience. I hope you will have the chance to experience how great this place and its staff are. I came to HK 1-2 times a year and this is my home.

Fabulous Spa
The Langham Chuan Body & Soul spa visits were amazing. I was lucky enough to enjoy 3 treatments, each time with Karen, who was able to work her magic with massage/stretching for my 3 month post op Rotator cuff surgery, as well as a Reflexology session, full facial and a 2 hour full body massage. The spa is a lovely, peaceful and relaxing experience. Everything is meticulously clean, the entire process from welcoming to saying goodbye is friendly and attentive. Thoroughly enjoyable, thank you 🤩

Best hotel to stay at period. The thoughtfulness knows no bounds! I’m just sad I came solo, without my wife. Special shoutout to Wilson for staying with me until the cab arrived and loading the cab with my luggage.

Relaxing Hotel Experience
Really enjoyed my stay. The room was impressively spacious, with plenty of room to relax comfortably. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and the quality was consistent. We also treated ourselves to a spa session, which was very comfortable and professionally done. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing hotel experience I’d happily recommend. Big thanks to Becky and Ryan from the service team.

Wonderful Hotel
Beautiful rooms and great service all around. If you love the bar, it’s open until 12 with a live music on certain days. The guys behind the counter (Pak and Hinata) were super accommodating even though they were short staffed. Overall, great experience!
