Excellent location and service. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet . It’s across from an MTR n near many budget Michiline eateries and excellent shopping.

Great experience at Langham Hong Kong. Amazing room, great location and value, and incredible hospitality ( a special shout out to Cathy who was able to get us checked in when we arrived early).

The hotel's facilities are really comfortable，The front desk staff were very attentive and friendly. The location is great - really close to Harbour City and you can see the ocean view! Highly recommended! JUNE is so nice and kindly and beautiful！

We just completed our second stay at The Langham, Hong Kong, and the experience was just as outstanding as our first. The location on Peking Road in Tsim Sha Tsui remains absolutely unbeatable—situated right by Harbour City and Victoria Harbour, making shopping, dining, and public transportation incredibly convenient for our family. The front desk team delivered exceptionally professional and welcoming service from the moment we arrived. What truly made this return visit special was their thoughtful attention to our two children, who were both thrilled to receive the hotel's signature mascot teddy bears. Returning here was a fantastic decision; it remains a flawless five-star choice for any family looking for a seamless blend of luxury, convenience, and kid-friendly hospitality.

I had a wonderful experience at The Langham, Hong Kong, and a special mention must go to Jai for her exceptional customer service. She is incredibly friendly, warm and welcoming, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued. Having travelled all over the world, I can honestly say that Jai’s level of hospitality really stood out. She is a true asset to the hotel, and I sincerely hope she stays with The Langham for many years to come. Her warm and attentive service made my experience even more special. Highly recommended!
