The Langham Hong Kong

I just stayed at the Langham, and I have to say, the hotel itself is stunning. The luxurious furnishings and beautiful lobby scream five-star quality, and I was really looking forward to a great experience. However, I was disappointed by the management. While the staff and service were generally excellent, some guests were downright rude, constantly pushing in line and ignoring basic etiquette. It felt frustrating, especially in such a nice place. It made me wonder—are these guests treated differently than the rest of us? It’s a five-star hotel, after all! I really think management needs to step up. They can’t hide behind the counter; they should be actively ensuring that everyone respects the space and each other. But I have to give a huge shout-out to Krystal. She was amazing! From the moment I checked in, she made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions. Her warm personality and attention to detail made my stay so much better. I hope management recognizes what a gem she is and encourages her to keep up the fantastic work. So, thank you, Krystal! You made a difference, and I truly appreciate everything you did for me during my stay! When i check out you said see your next time, cool, see you next month then!

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end - and the Club made it especially memorable. 10/10

Our family of six (3 rooms) really enjoyed our stay here. We booked the hotel via AMEX FHR so the provided benefits made our stay even better. All hotel staff were courteous, friendly and helpful; with lots of smile.

Exceptional. Their commitment to customer service is evident in everything they do, from a staff member making sure you don't trip on the stairs in the breakfast hall every morning (even though it is very unlikely to happen), to asking you if you would like your room made up in the evening after we mistakenly put our 'do not disturb' on during the day. We also had an issue with a double charge on our account when we got home, which they sorted out within 24 hours through whatsapp and email.

Great stay overall . Hotel is in a premium location making it easily accessible to all must see places . Food was great , rooms were clean and staff friendly . Try and accommodate early check in esp when there are kids depending on availability .
