My stay here from 31 March to 6 April, in a Club Executive Room on the 12th floor, was excellent. Very much a Langham experience through and through! The hotel is in a very central part of Tsim Sha Tsui, with plenty to do nearby. You’re close to the Avenue of Stars, and also within a short walk of lively streets with lots of nightlife. I arrived in Hong Kong at 7 AM after a 12-hour flight and was exhausted. I got to the hotel around 10 AM and asked about early check-in. They escorted me to the Club Lounge and invited me to wait there while they prepared the room, and I was able to get in at 1 PM, which I really appreciated. The room itself was excellent. Clean, spacious, and with lovely welcome treats waiting for me (chocolates, grapes, apples). I had stayed in a Club Junior Suite at The Langham, London, and because I loved that layout so much, I was a little worried this room might feel less enjoyable or less spacious by comparison. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at all – it turned out to be a great room and I never felt like I was missing out. It was also very quiet, with no noticeable noise from neighboring rooms or outside. Being on the 12th floor probably helped. There was one little quirk with the room that happened a handful of times, probably related to the master switch. At random times I'd be with all lights off and they would all turn on, at once, randomly. Some issue with the lighting. Since it happened just a few times I didn't bring it up then. Having Club Lounge access was a big plus, just like during my stay at The Langham London. It’s a really nice space to have for breakfast, snacks, and drinks throughout the day. I will say it didn’t quite feel at the same level as London’s club lounge – especially during the evening cocktails and canapés, where there wasn’t anyone serving cocktails and you mixed them yourself, and the selection felt a bit more limited overall – but it was still a very nice perk and somewhere I was happy to spend time in. Housekeeping was top tier. They noticed I clearly loved the grapes and started bringing me more every day; even two trays one day, which I loved. That kind of attention to detail really stood out to me. The room was also kept very clean throughout the stay, even on days when my schedule shifted because of the rain and I left at odd times. The staff were polite, friendly, and consistently greeted me when they saw me. That warmth made a difference. In the Club Lounge especially, they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I’d say the Club Lounge at Langham London felt a little more naturally inviting for conversation, but it was still a very pleasant atmosphere here too. The WhatsApp concierge contact was also excellent. I handled all my room service requests and other needs through there, and they usually responded almost instantly and took care of everything within minutes. Super convenient and a really seamless experience. Towards the end of my trip, I was also able to get a late checkout until 4 PM, which made a huge difference. It let me do one last outing on my final day, then come back, take a bath, refresh a bit, and leave feeling human again ☺️ Even after checking out, I was still able to stay in the Club Lounge and have some snacks before heading out for dinner ahead of my flight. A few tips that might help: - Club hours are a little different from Langham London. Breakfast ends at 11 AM here, whereas in London it goes until 12 PM, so that’s worth keeping in mind if you like slower mornings. - Make use of the concierge service. As with other Langham properties, it’s genuinely one of the best parts of the stay. Whether through WhatsApp or in person at the Club Lounge, they’re very quick and helpful. - For some reason 🤣🙈 I initially thought the main entrance was through the car pickup area, so for the first few days I kept entering and leaving through there even when I was just walking around. The actual main entrance is on the other side, with stairs leading up to reception. Overall, I think this hotel absolutely delivered the kind of Langham experience I was hoping for. It isn’t perfect, and I do think it has a few shortcomings compared with the London flagship, but it still felt top tier to me and offered great value for what I got.

Stayed at The Langham with high expectations—but left with mixed feelings. Yes, the location is great and housekeeping staff were genuinely warm and courteous. But for a hotel of this price and reputation, the experience fell short where it mattered most. After a 10-hour red-eye flight, we were left waiting in the lobby from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM with limited seating and no proactive assistance—despite informing the hotel in advance of our early arrival. We only got access to a room after repeatedly requesting, as my daughter was suffering from a migraine due to lack of rest. The room itself felt dated, and to make matters worse, the toilet had flushing issues throughout the stay and completely failed on the last night—forcing us to use the bathroom in our second room at 5:00 AM. Reporting this at check-out was met with a standard response, with little sense of concern for the inconvenience caused. For a brand like The Langham, this was disappointing. Would I recommend it? Maybe—but with a clear disclaimer. This is not quite the experience you’d expect or be excited to share. ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/
