Sensational Service, The Langham Hong Kong
The hotel is immaculate in decor, amenities and services. We were warmly welcomed immediately from the moment our car arrived through to departure. Our package included the Langham Club and can’t thank the staff enough for their impeccable service both professional and personal, making us feel truly valued as customers. Fantastic bar and restaurants. A huge thank you to Alyssa Kwon for looking after us and accommodating all our needs, you are amazing.

Palm Court Bar ~ Delicious and Moody
Hotel lobby has a bar called the Palm Court with live piano music Wed-Saturday. Gin Bar with more than 300+ varieties. Amazing bartender, Vesta and mixologist Hinata. Delicious cocktails and great atmosphere.

Variable quality
Positives - location, friendly desk staff, good size of suite, high standard of breakfast. Negatives - housekeeping took pajamas from our bathroom - no apology and no compensation, bathrooms slightly tired, no view from the room used by our children

Would Stay again
Loved the location easy to walk to most things. Staff were very friendly and helpful as we had flown overnight and were weary. Our room was spacious and light, very welcoming.

Great Location in Kowloon
Stayed here on business and was overall impressed with the service and quality of rooms. Located in Kowloon TST station close by- it’s close to all the shops and restaurants. Rooms are well kitted out and have I think be renovated recently. Breakfast was good- a little limited but better than most. Room service also was good quality and prompt - delivery takes around 20 minutes. Overall I enjoyed my stay and was made to feel welcome.
