Outstanding!
The Kong Kong Langham - Seriously one of the best hotel experiences I have encountered. Staff are incredibly professional and attentive. Special call out to the outstanding housekeeping team and room attendants who do a remarkable job every day. The team in the Club Lounge (Bryle, Andrea, Gold and Jai) couldn’t do enough for you and all with a beautiful smile. We will be back!

Another fantastic stay at Langham Hong Kong. All the staff in the Club Lounge are fantastic and Jonathan was really helpful with settling us in. A special mention to Gold who is so lovely and remembered us from our trip in January. Looking forward to seeing Gold in the lounge when we return in November.

My stay at the langham with my family was fantastic, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The vibe was cool and relaxed, room service was fulfilled with 5 stars. I highly recommend staying here. The staff and everyone here will take care of you and make sure your stay is safe and comfortable. We did go out to eat at the surrounding areas and centers so I can’t say much about the food, but by the looks it was always packed out so I’m sure it’s good.
