Small getaway with friends.
We had a great time at the Langham. Been a few years since we were last there. Beautiful fragrance on arrival excellent staff especially gold and Jonathan in the club lounge. Good service from all the staff. Obviously the training is well done.

Marsala and Cathy in the high tea service were exceptional!! I cannot recommend this high tea experience! They were so kind and accommodating to all the dietary restrictions.

A home away from home (but better)
We have had a wonderful 4 nights in the Club floor. From checking in - being whisked upstairs to have refreshments in the quiet club lounge (and believe me this was much appreciated after a red eye flight with no sleep), to the professional attention by Hebe and Jonathan, we were soon ensconced in our huge room to unwind. Equipped with heaps of tips from Jonathan and fortified by canapés and champagne, we ventured out to the waterfront to see the Symphony of Lights and stroll along the esplanade. The club floor has been a haven to unwind in after long days exploring the city. All the staff who assisted us (Hebe, Jonathan, Gold, Nicole, Skye & Alyssa have been both professional and welcoming, with Gold particularly interested in our opinions about our daily encounters with the city. Thanks to the Club staff at the Langham for making our stay so enjoyable - this includes our lovely housekeeping staff. We last visited HK 40 years ago - we have a good reason to return soon.
