Excellent stay at The Langham
We had an excellent stay at the Langham! The room, buffet brunch, and gym were clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a convenient location to the metro, shops, restaurants. I especially want to thank Wilson for his friendly and professional assistance on our way to the airport!

Johnathan and his crew in the Club Lounge, Nicole, Hebe and Gold, were so kind and attentive to every detail. Nothing was too difficult and the quality of the food and beverage was first class. Our room was great with all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the live music in the lobby bar. A great 5 days.

This is a five star hotel, well located in Kowloon peninsula. Close to Metro or ferry. Lots of shopping and food choices near by. Hotel restaurant food was good, not outstanding. Afternoon tea was nice, not the best experience ever. Amenities and room layout and function were excellent and met five star rating. The best experience was with Tiffany in concierge. She really went far above what would be expected at a five star hotel. She helped with all our outings, laundromat, food options. She even helped move a friend in our group to a nearby hotel because of her sensitivities to fragrances. Excellent service!
