The Langham Hong Kong

Our stay at the Langham was perfect. Right from check in to check out, the entire staff was super helpful. Our highlight was the Langham lounge where we relaxed and enjoyed refreshments whenever we came back after a trip and for tea and coffee breaks during the day. A special mention for the staff at the lounge - Jonathan, Nicole and Gold - amongst many others - who made sure that our family always had our requests met wherever we went there. We had a little incident there with another guest who was being rude to our kids and being racist but that was handled beautifully by the staff and we do really appreciate that. Breakfast used to be really busy with a long waiting line however the restaurant staff was always accommodating and gave us and our friends our table of 7! The lady chef at the egg station at breakfast has a special mention too for remembering my son’s cheese omelette and making it just the same way everyday. Tea time at the Langham was definitely a highlight for me. Fresh scones with clotted cream and the rose petal jam is just amazing! The highlight of the hotel is also the location. It right in the middle of the busiest part of town so mostly all attractions in Kowloon were a walking distance away.

Fantastic stay at The Langham! First class service from the moment I walked into the lobby. Everyone was warm and welcoming and extremely helpful. The staff in The Langham Club were the best! Jonathan, Bruce, Gold, Yung in particular were outstanding and helpful .

What an amazing experience again at the langham. From start to finish a great start. Johnathan and Gold in particular were amazing and always had a smile o their faces - highly recommend with a great location to suit.

My favorite hotel in HK, I’ve been coming here since forever, my staying has been perfect, Formula, at reception desk, was incredibly efficient and helpful, changing my room after one day because it didn’t have a view. She gave me one with view on Peking Rd. Was lovely! Thanks Formula and thanks Langham, as usual

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at The Langham Hong Kong for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, quiet, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore nearby shopping areas and attractions. The swimming pool was beautiful and relaxing after a busy day. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return on my next visit to Hong Kong. Highly recommended!
