Not good except the location
The only positive side about this hotel is its location. The rooms are aged and with a 80s style. The service quality share the same taste of its hardware, crowded lobby at check-in, zero efficiency. Breakfast selection are limited as well. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Recent visit to Palm Court
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Louis from Palm Court during my recent visit there. From the moment reservation was made to the moment we left, Louis demonstrated remarkable professionalism and attentiveness. Thank you for maintaining such high standards of service.

Luxurious Respite
Had the best experience at the Langham on our first trip to HK! Manager Kristal went out of her way to make sure our check-in process was smooth and showed us the best hospitality ever. She even made sure we had breakfast served to our room before our early morning flight! Also, shoutout to bartender Pak - he made the best negronis we’ve ever had and shared them with an award-winning smile. What a memorable stay. The Langham is a luxurious respite in the middle of the bustling city.

Bar at the Langham
Our time at the Langham was amazing. We met some friends at the palm court for some drinks, and Pak, our bartender, was so kind and made delicious cocktails for us. We highly recommend the poetic arancia.

Not 5 star
Breakfast was very poor, not 5 star at all (not beautiful, too many tables, too busy, slow staff). Too strong and unpleasant smell in the hotel lobby. Staff outside with the taxis are not motivated/attentive enough. Hotel room itself was good.
