Comfy stay & helpful staff. :)
Wilson and Sam from the concierge were very helpful and prompt. They did a great job helping us and our parents with all our luggage for the airport transfer. Their assistance made our departure easy and stress-free. We really appreciated their efficient and courteous service. Good job!

Delayed Check-in, Excellent Service Recovery, Great Staff
Arrived early and was told to return at 15:00 to collect our room keys. When we came back around 15:30, the rooms were still not ready due to late check-outs and cleaning, and we ended up waiting at the lobby until around 18:00 to get in—frustrating when you’re tired and just want to rest. On the positive side, the hotel staff were genuinely kind, professional, and attentive throughout. They kept us updated, apologized sincerely, and handled everything calmly and respectfully. They did their best to make the wait more comfortable by offering complimentary drinks in the lobby lounge, and they also arranged complimentary breakfast for all guests as an apology, which was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, we truly appreciated the warm and helpful team and how they managed the situation, but the delayed room readiness still had a big impact on our experience.

A pleasant stay Langham HK
Walking distance from Ocean Cruise Terminal. MTR TST station, malls and restaurants are just within walking distance. Room is clean and spacious, comfy bed. Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. I had a pleasant stay here!

Overwhelming
Not a 5 star hotel. We stayed there a night for Christmas staycation. The entire front of house obviously was stretched and seems to me they did not arrange enough staffing for the festive period. Long queue at check in and breakfast. We wanted to rest and recharge after a long work week in China but turns out we left rather more tired than before

Highly recommend this place for solo-travelers.
As a first time solo-traveler, I was worried about everything. I was so glad that the hotel staff were very helpful and also very kind. They made my first solo trip very memorable. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect and easy to commute when using uber as the hotel had their private drop-off/pick-up zone. So, I wouldn’t have to deal with the crowd. Highly recommend this place for solo-travelers.
