The Langham Hong Kong

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Langham Hong Kong. Your hotel was a delight to return to each day after exploring in somewhat damp weather. It has an excellent location for the metro, other public transport, Victoria Harbour and of course the shopping plazas. All staff we encountered are a credit to your organisation. Smiling, courteous, polite, and warm welcomes and goodbyes. The quality of your product was excellent. The bed and room linen was excellent along with furnishings. The hotel was impeccably clean despite the wet weather outside. Cleaning staff were very attentive to the foyer floors. The Langham Club was lovely and staff there were very attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and the beverages were refreshing. We would like to acknowledge your staff member Bryle who we had delightful interactions with at the Langham Club. What a wonderful asset he is to your organisation. We encountered so many wonderful staff at the Langham and I'm sorry a lot of names we don't know. Our egg chef at breakfast was wonderful and she cooked our eggs and omelettes to perfection 👌 Our house keeping lady on level 12 was amazing. Despite her limited English, she was so friendly and helpful. Your long term employee Russell at concierge, was a fantastic assistance to us when checking in and out with our luggage. We had lovely interactions with him. Other staff members who gave excellent service include Skye and Rio. Gym/Pool staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish I could recall more names to give the accolades they deserve! I have given feedback to our travel agent here in Australia recommending that she continues to make bookings for her clients at The Langham Hong Kong. We highly recommend The Langham for travellers and hope other Australians enjoy their stay as much as we did. Best wishes Kathryn and Grace from Down Under

The Langham Hong Kong has been a favorite for over 20 years. A home away from home. Great location and top notch service. The staff from the bell men, concierge to management are all exemplary. I always stay club level as the team led by Jonathan always exceed expectations. A shout out to Jonathan,Riley, Allyssa, Yang, Gold ,Bryle, and Nicolle for their kindness and care. The front desk Assistant management team of Derek Ma and Pinky Lam took good care of us and made our stay comfortable. I look forward to returning again.

We have stayed at The Langham, Hong Kong several times now, but what truly makes the Langham Club exceptional is the staff. Jonathan, Bryle, Yang, Nicole, Gold, and the entire team have been nothing short of outstanding every single day. They are incredibly attentive, warm, professional, and genuinely kind. They remembered exactly what we liked to drink, always noticed when we needed something, and somehow managed to be constantly present without ever feeling intrusive — which is a very rare balance even in luxury hotels. The club itself is excellent: very good food, great drinks, comfortable atmosphere, and a wonderful place to relax. But honestly, the people working there are what elevate the entire experience from “very good” to truly memorable. Special thanks as well because you can clearly see how much effort and care the team puts into hospitality. Some of the staff mentioned they are interns or recently hired, and I sincerely hope the hotel keeps them long-term. They represent the Langham exceptionally well. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable. We are looking forward to coming back.

I was impressed by Vests and Hinata at the lobby bar. They were welcoming and cheerful and their knowledge of different cocktails was impressive

Great experience at this hotel, but especially want to shout out Hinata and Vesta at the Palm Court Bar! They were very knowledgeable about the bar’s gin selection and helped me to pick the perfect gin for my g&t (my husband and I liked their recommendation so much that we bought a bottle of the gin to take home!), they made the most delicious drinks, and they were very friendly. My husband tried their gin cocktails and loved them. Highly recommend checking out this bar, especially if you love gin.
