Palm court bar
Great hotel, central to shopping and mrt; diptyque toiletries and friendly and helpful staff; highly recommend! Pak was a great bartender, attentive and knowledgeable, understood what we asked for and was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend!

Amazing hotel! Central location, clean rooms. Pak is also an amazing bartender!! Strong and delicious drinks, the best I’ve had in Hong Kong.

Perfect location to discover the city
Nice hotel, good breakfast and perfectly located to discover the city. Kids and baby friendly. Some rooms are a bit old and the aircondition smells bad.

From the moment we arrived the staff was amazing and super accommodating. The hotel and the room was beautiful and well appointed. Luxury from top to bottom !

Two stars of the hotel
The service at the Langham is by far the greatest I’ve experienced in Hong Kong. This review though is not for the hotel, but for two individuals… Hinata and Pak. I have now been to this hotel several times, and one of the reasons I come back is because of these two. I am so appreciative of the effort they take to make sure you always have what you need and the exceptional quality that they provide daily. They are always so kind, yet I see them working so hard. I know I can’t do much, but I hope this review helps give you the gratitude. You deserve. See you soon upon my next travels.
