The Langham Hong Kong

When we were having difficulties dealing with Alipay paying my China Mobile in RMB with HK$ with an uncooperative credit card and nobody could find a way for me to top up the service I was about to lose, June at the front desk stepped in and straightened it out when everyone else couldn't figure it out. She pulled it off (I believe using her personal resources) and was our calming hero in an already special environment. Our communication tool so far from home was again available. Our compliments to management and your obviously clear-minded HR department. Only my 3rd stay of four days or more in 45 years, but there will be more for many reasons; this experience being one of them.

Fantastic stay at The Langham Hong Kong! Our family trip this January was made truly special thanks to the wonderful facilities and elegant environment. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable for families traveling with kids. A huge thank you to Cathy at the front desk! She was incredibly warm, professional, and thoughtful. Upon hearing we were traveling with our little one, she kindly arranged adjoining rooms for us, which made our stay so much more convenient and relaxed. It’s because of caring staff like Cathy that we would love to return. Highly recommend for families!

Located close to the TST Subway and shopping options. Excellent customer service. Luxurious enough without the price tag.

Travelled with my family over the NYE and expected a five star hotel for the price we paid. Very disappointed - old rooms, terrible service. Severely understaffed during our stay. No staff available to help with our bags when we arrived, we had to handle everything ourselves. Check-in was slow. This feels like a budget hotel than luxury one. We wont be returning.

The hotel is ideally situated to get around Hong Kong. It’s a short walk from the harbour where you can drink, eat and watch the light show. The metro (MTR) is close by as are a range of restaurants and shopping malls. For some reason our room had a large window between the bathroom/toilet and the bedroom. There is a blind that can be pulled down if you don’t want to watch your room mate in the bathroom but it does little to prevent the bedroom being illuminated when the bathroom light is turned on.
