This is a five star hotel, well located in Kowloon peninsula. Close to Metro or ferry. Lots of shopping and food choices near by. Hotel restaurant food was good, not outstanding. Afternoon tea was nice, not the best experience ever. Amenities and room layout and function were excellent and met five star rating. The best experience was with Tiffany in concierge. She really went far above what would be expected at a five star hotel. She helped with all our outings, laundromat, food options. She even helped move a friend in our group to a nearby hotel because of her sensitivities to fragrances. Excellent service!

Wonderful stay at the Langham HK
If you are looking for a hotel that provides great service in the Tsim Sha Tsui area, look no further. The location is excellent as well with convenience for both shoppers and foodies alike. The staff is the real standout here as every aspect of the hotel experience was top notch during our 3 night stay.

Best staff ever.
This hotel is beyond outstanding. Of course the location is great and the amenities are superb. But what really deserves your business is the team, they are one after the other superb. They make you feel at home every single minute of your stay. It is a pleasure to walk out of the room to be greeted by the team with a smile, in the lounge, the reception, virtually everywhere. Hard to think of a better experience. I hope you will have the chance to experience how great this place and its staff are. I came to HK 1-2 times a year and this is my home.
