A short sojourn in Hong Kong
The Langham Hotel in Hong Kong was everything that we had hoped it would be. From the moment we arrived, the staff did everything that they could to make our stay memorable. As we arrived early we had to wait for our room to be made ready but as we had a Club room, we were ushered to the 11th floor where we were greeted and offered refreshments until our room was ready. When we were shown to our room we were pleasantly surprised to be ushered into a cosy lounge complete with fireplace, tv, fresh fruit basket and special chocolates. From there we entered a hallway with closets on one side and a well appointed bathroom on the other. The bedroom itself was large and the beds very comfortable. Finally the staff were all excellent. I cannot name them all but Phoenix was so helpful, Gold, the Club stewardess was polite, efficient and very helpful while David, the senior Club Manager was extremely friendly and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff.

The staff of Jonathan, Skye and Gold were wonderful. Made you feel at home. Any extras for breakfast that you wanted was quickly taken care of

Langham Tsim Sha Tsui is a great place to stay
The staff are very friendly & professional. Check in & Check out is fast & smooth. The Club Lounge staff go out of their way to assist with any needs. The location of this hotel is great and close to the all the great shopping and great places to get some excessive & go for a walk in the nearby park or the harbour..

Excellent hotel and very polite staff. The club access lounge is worth every penny. The hotel is right next to the MTR and a shopping mall. We would return again!
