The Langham Hong Kong

As a first time solo-traveler, I was worried about everything. I was so glad that the hotel staff were very helpful and also very kind. They made my first solo trip very memorable. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect and easy to commute when using uber as the hotel had their private drop-off/pick-up zone. So, I wouldn’t have to deal with the crowd. Highly recommend this place for solo-travelers.

My stay at The Langham Hong Kong was outstanding from start to finish. One of the best places that I’ve stayed solely due to attentive services and unbeatable location. I want to give special recognition to Becky from the online service and concierge team. I had many questions and requests. Instead of calling the front desk, I was able to contact them through WhatsApp online service which was very responsive and attentive. Highly recommended.

Just spent four amazing days at The Langham, including New Years Eve. Everything from the rooms to the food was excellent but what we will remember best is the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to Hinata who spoilt us rotten during the New Years Eve celebration. If/when we return to Hong Kong we will absolutely choose The Langham again.

Had the privilege to stay in the Chairman Suite. It felt like home away from home. Comfort, cleanliness, amenities were spot on. Derek and staff at front desk with great service and assistance in questions I had. Jonathan and staff at the club were amazing. Service was impeccable all around. Left well rested even with a five month old with us.
