Disappointing
Long public hair and short shaving hairs were found in thd bathtub. Disgusting. Absolutely inexcusable. The room feels old and the lobby is tiny and crowded all the time. No staff there to manage the queue. Location is great though

Nice hotel with polite staff
The hotel lobby is smell so special, the smell of the ginger flower so unique, I like it! ❤️❤️ While check in, Krystal cheung showed me lots of nearby spots and lovely restaurants. She was polite and take care of her every guests. The suite room was so comfortable and elegant. The room located in the corner seems bigger than another room which is nice.

I enjoyed the stay at the Langham. the hotel is well located for everything. The room is elegant but the bath room sink needs to be maintained.

Family Trip to Hong Kong
Sam was outstanding. We had our 90 year old parents with us to celebrate their 65thweddinganniversary. He took the time to acknowledge them and was extremely knowledgeable about the area. Sam, Sharon (in the restaurant) & the entire staff made our stay more enjoyable. We will be back.

Love Hong Kong, Incredible Service
We stayed at The Langham for a week and had an absolutely wonderful experience, with exceptional service from every staff member. We want to give particular thanks to our room attendant Jess, who was so friendly, attentive, and detailed in the help she provided every day. You’re truly the best Jess! Pinky and Jacky at the front desk were also incredible, and helped us promptly with some billing issues. Wilson with the concierge service also went above and beyond as we left, and helped us with our huge load of luggage and request for a taxi. The room was spacious and comfy, and the location was central and made getting around each day a breeze. Hong Kong is an incredible city and The Langham is an incredible base to use while exploring it!
