Hotel is very lovely, and a calm haven in Kowloon. Rooms very comfy, clean and bathrooms are well equipped. It’s well located with a 5 minute walk from TST station on the MTR, but also about 5 mins from Star Ferry terminal. The concierge team were always very helpful with recommendations, helping with luggage, grabbing a taxi etc. Lucas on the front desk was also very kind, and made our stay memorable. Gym staff also very accommodating and attentive. The gym itself is smallish, but enough- 4/5 treadmills, few elliptical machines, few bikes, and a compact but varied weights section. The swimming pool on the roof is not long enough to do laps in, but is very nice to cool off after lying in the sun. As with all 5* hotels, mini bar was incredibly expensive (¥450 for a bottle of wine that would cost ¥65 to buy) so would avoid. The building itself it a little older, and the hotel has worked hard to not look dated, but is a little tired in some places.

She is very sharp and understand fast and guide what guest wanted. Overall am giving 100points out of 100 to Melva. Keep it up Melva

It was great to back at The Langham. It's been our favourite hotel in Hong Kong for some years now. It's slick and professional, but extremely comfortable and friendly. We were in a one-bedroom suite, which had plenty of room for two. The Club lounge is excellent, with the wonderful and hard-working Kelly in charge of a brilliant team. We shared many laughs and were looked after so well on our two stays over the course of a week. Kelly and her glamorous team even very kindly baby-sat, then helped us wrangle a rather large (and extremely fragile) purchase into shape, so we could get it back home on our two flights home. It's that kind of place - everyone is so kind, friendly and generous. Thank you so much! We're already looking forward to our next visit.

2nd time at the Langham Hong Kong. I love the executive rooms and the club lounge. Lovely staff in the club lounge. Rooms have super comfortable beds, are nicely furnished and in room amenities are good. Great location for star ferry and metro. Club lounge has scaled back a bit from our last stay - last time there was champagne available all day and now only for evening cocktails but it was still great.

Thank you for the room upgrade. We love it here. The hotel is beautifully decorated and convenient for traveling anywhere. The staff took care of us very well. Manage your car in an orderly manner. Breakfast is good and delicious.
