What an amazing birthday celebration! Our stay at The Kahala Hotel & Resort was exceptional from start to finish. Nothing beats their location on the island. The spa was elegant and the staff was incredible. The food was delicious and room service was fantastic. Our poolside experience was pure paradise. The pool staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Most importantly, Preston made our stay extra special. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine desire to make our experience special did not go unnoticed. He made us feel like honored guests every step of the way. Thank you, Preston, and the entire Kahala team for creating such a wonderful and unforgettable birthday experience.

Our stay at The Kahala Hotel & Resort exceeded every expectation and made my birthday unforgettable. The spa was outstanding, the dining and room service were wonderful, and the pool and cabanas were heavenly, with exceptional attention from the Jason and Howard of the pool staff. Preston deserves special recognition: his exceptional service and thoughtful attention to every detail of our stay made us feel truly cared for and special. Outstanding 90 min massage by Sayuri..best ever

My family stayed here as a staycation to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. We got a room overlooking the Dolphin Lagoon, which we all enjoyed! It was the best room to watch the dolphins as well as quick access to the beach and pool. The room was spacious for all 4 of us to not feel like we were piled on top of each other. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. We will be coming again!

This was our third visit to the Kahala and it was as lovely as ever. The grounds, the staff, the food were just perfect. We want to recognize Deni on beach staff for his enthusiasm, warmth and hospitality. He found us on check in day while waiting for our room and made us feel right at home. Deni saw us daily and made sure we had towels for the next day, set up Chairs and always checked on us (and knew us by name) to make sure we had everything we needed. Other beach attendants were a bit grumpy and unfriendly (“ I need to take your chair back because it’s hotel policy”) Deni would not take a tip from us, but we want to recognize him because he is a true treasure and an asset to the Kahala.
