For 55 years, the Kahala Hotel has been one of our favorite places to stay. We honeymooned there and come back to relax and enjoy the impeccable service, the magnificent surroundings and the excellent food.

Sayaka was my massage therapist at the Kahala resort spa. She was excellent, professional, warm, friendly and gave a deep, thorough, profoundly relaxing and therapeutic massage. She worked through a number of knots and tough muscles and I feel so much more relaxed. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Absolutely stellar one of the best massages I have ever had overall experience 10/10 could not recommend it more. The relaxation spot after the massage is amazing as well

First time getting a professional massage. I did not know what to expect, but Sayuri and Saori gave my wife and I the most pleasant experience. Very welcoming and professional. Great spa and massage experience, I would highly recommend.

Nice resort but unresolved over billing still ongoing. Duplicate charges paid to booking.com and this resort. At $700 a night that’s not ok. Resort rooms and common areas are nice but as a professional couple in our 50s we were seeking a relaxing luxurious stay. This resort attracts lots of foreign travelers with lots of little kiddies under age 12. The one pool at the resort was perpetually full of shrieking children all four days of our stay. All we wanted to do was to relax by the pool, sip a Pina Colada or two and swim or hot tub to decompress from our busy schedules. Not possible at this resort. There’s no adults only pool or adults only swim hours. All of the resort restaurants had families with little kids there even late in the evening. So much for a romantic vacation for us! Now I’m dealing with the hassle of trying to get the duplicate changes resolved, too. Not happy!
