Lotus hotel review
Great view, excellent customer service, big bathroom mirrors, filtered water, robe and slippers in each room. Microwave and mini fridge with coffee and nice wine glass and cups. Accommodating and booked rooms next door to my friends. Great soap and towels. Amazing pillows. With like 6 layers of pillow cases lol. Great temperature control. Part ocean view is okay, would recommend full ocean view though. And definitely get a high floor, at least 8. Hollow walls, hard to sleep in. Had to get my key card fixed 3-5 times, keep that card away from yo phone. Slow elevator. Sketchy ice room. But least they have one and free laundry. But I wouldn’t touch it tbh. Odd smell in rooms, old couch, okay shower, small toilet. Outdated technology ( no smart TV, usb/usb-c port wall plugs) Not the cleanest. I get it’s older but things like cleaning the corners and behind the doors makes alllll the difference. Not very clean freak welcome in that regard. Great vallet and front desk service, very welcoming and polite people. They make it a. Great experience being here!

Exceptional service and staff!
Excellent service and team! Great location and easy to get in and out. Quick valet service! Also loved taking the bikes for a spin to breakfast. In room massage was divine! Arden was a treat! Five stars over the top good, surpassing my expectations!

Peaceful Stay in Diamond Head
The Lotus Hotel at the end of Waikiki Beach in Honolulu was a fantastic find! Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Decorated tasteful with patio views of either the park, ocean, and or diamond head we loved walking 300 ft to swim in the ocean. Views from our private sitting balcony were so beautiful. Wonderful aloha hospitality was plentiful from the moment we arrived.

No pool, not a great beach
We checked in and the people working there were very nice. The hotel is older and looks like it was renovated a few years back. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. There was no pool, I’m not sure how I missed that, then the beach there is very small. I would suggest heading just down the way and staying in Waikiki beach area. The hotels looked great, pools and the stretch of beach was so nice. You are in the heart of it there. Hawaii in general is expensive but I thought we paid too much for this hotel.

A hidden gem - next to Diamond Head
We stayed a the fabulous Lotus Honolulu recently and loved it so much. It’s at the far west end of Waikiki beach but has its own beautiful & quiet private beach to the front of the hotel and the waves seem a lot calmer to swim in. Either way you are fully equipped with complementary beach towels, and beach chairs which you can take with you free of charge. There’s ample parking and there’s a 24hr valet parking service to add to your convenience. The staff at the Lotus are amazing. The are very courteous, polite and friendly. Nothing is too much to deliver excellent customer satisfaction. The views from our room was fantastic as we had Diamond head mountain to one side and an ocean view on the other side of our balcony which was great to wake up to, or to chill out with a glass of wine during the day. But the real hidden gem is that this hotel has a fantastic restaurant attached to it on the second floor with Michelin starred trained chefs providing the most exquisite culinary experiences. We dined there for our anniversary and were blown away by the quality of the food and the excellent service. Would definitely recommend! All in all we had a wonderful time at the Lotus and would definitely go back. All

Wonderful hotel - quiet and spacious. The service there was spectacular. The hotel staff are so attentive and always there to lend a hand if needed. We love how the hotel is away from all the big hotels and the crowds. We can't wait to get back to Hawaii to stay there. Our experience there was so great and wonderful that we recommend it to all of our friends who are heading out to Oahu.
