I don't know if it is updated or a newer facility, but it was beautiful. We were looking for a night away to enjoy time together and Columbia Cliff Villas was great. We had a King river view room on the top floor. Loved the fireplace and made great use of the large walk in shower!!

We stayed over one night in a Grand Courtyard room. I made reservations via phone and Beau was very pleasant to work with as was Bobby upon check-in, being very informative and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean and quieter than expected for being right off of 84. The towels were large and soft and the cozy blanket for sitting outside was a nice touch as well. Overall the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The reason I am only giving three stars is based on our waking up Saturday morning to find ants literally covering the bathroom. All of our toiletries on the sink counter were black with little ants, there was a trail between the toilet room and shower...we did not notice them the evening before when we settled in but they definitely made their appearance known overnight. I made a point to stop in at the office when checking out to bring this to attention and was merely responded to with "ok, thanks, we will look into this". I don't make a point to be a disgruntled guest and rarely, if ever ask for compensation when things are not up to standards but was disappointed in the lack of acknowledgement and customer service when relaying my concerns with the ant situation. For this reason alone we will not be returning which is a bummer as the night prior we had already discussed making plans to return for a longer stay in the future. Overall, had the customer service standards been higher upon check out, we could have looked past the ant situation and would have left a higher review as this really is a beautiful place with easy access to either side of the river for venturing out.

I think it was nice but the pillows had feathers and were very itchy. I think it's overpriced for what it is . The management staff was very friendly and the views are beautiful. Still it seems very expensive

Excellent customer service. Our room was beautiful and clean. We were there for a memorial and had a large room block; I visited the penthouse where some of my family was staying and it was absolutely gorgeous. I also appreciated the different types of coffee (not just the light roast; they also had a dark roast option for the Keurig). Would highly recommend and will be staying here again!

We rented a Villa Suite 2 bedroom for a weekend in March, 2017. The living room, kitchen, dining room combination was absolutely beautiful large. It had a stone fireplace, comfy leather couches, a very modern and well equipped kitchen and a huge dining table. There was also a balcony looking over the impressive Columbia River Gorge. The master bedroom was also huge with a king bed and another fireplace. The adjoining bathroom was also very large and very beautiful with a double vanity, soaking tub and large walk-in shower. The villa also included a half bath, large laundry room with full size washer and dryer and plenty of closets. The only thing I didn't love was the 2nd bedroom and bath. I thought that compared to the rest of the villa, the 2nd bedroom was very small, with a queen bed and no view, and the bathroom was extremely small, it had only a toilet, pedestal sink and small shower. This room could be accessed from the outside so I think it could be rented alone. However, if a person rented this room only, I think they would be disappointed. As part of the rest of the villa it was acceptable to us.
