We stayed at the Omni Homestead Resort from August 12–15, 2025, under confirmations #16649239 and #16649402. Before booking, an Omni representative confirmed that we qualified for a 20% discount for stays of 3+ nights, which was also listed on their website. Unfortunately, the discount was not applied to our final bill. I followed up multiple times with staff members (Kristen Hoke, Martha Carter, and Bob Busse) and even sent a screenshot of the promotion per their request. After weeks of no response, I filed a claim with my credit card company, which advised me to resolve this directly with Omni. I’m sharing this so corporate guest services is aware and can help make this right. We truly enjoyed our stay — the resort is beautiful — but I’m still waiting for a response to what should be a simple billing correction.

Beautiful, historic resort with top tier outside activities (especially golf). However service is inconsistent and the food was below average. For what was paid ($3K all-in across 2 days), I'd expect a much higher end and more consistent experience.

This place is a dreamland ! From the landscape, majestic scenery ,service and the cleanliness of the room , surroundings and the entire property are the winning points !! Staff are professional , accommodating and friendly ! The event venue for the wedding is perfectly well planned , organized , and efficient!

My wife and I spent three wonderful days at The Homestead in Virginia. We enjoyed a beautiful balcony room overlooking the golf course, gourmet meals, a round of golf and even a horse-drawn carriage ride—with champagne—through beautiful forest. The staff was great from the moment we checked in.
