If I could rate this hotel more than five stars, I would. I traveled down for business shortly after a storm affected residents. There was a mix-up (which I feel was mostly my fault), and they went above and beyond. I couldn't stay one of the nights I was supposed to, but it was because they were housing displaced residents. The manager, Kenisha, and the front desk attendant, Ivan, were amazing. Kenisha found me alternative lodging (an equally beautiful hotel). When I returned for my second night of reservation, they had a wonderful room for me with a handwritten note and extra attention that went above and beyond anything I would have expected. Everyone here seems to care about the customers, and I appreciate the staff here. Thanks, Ivan, and a HUGE thank you to Kenisha.

We visited the hotel to have a spa and pool day. The spa is super small, but the service was great. The pool and pool staff are an absolute mess. They double charged me and produced no receipt for the transaction. When I asked for them to refund me, they said they would be in touch to correct it. The letter was apparently not working. Also, I had to include a photo of the garnish they put on my drink because it was the end of a bruised banana lol. We asked to speak to the front desk manager to resolve it, but he never came out so we had to talk to a front desk agent. The manager came out and talked to other guests, but still would not resolve the issue. This is not 5-star service. I will never visit a four seasons again.

The staff that work here are very nice and friendly. It is perfect for a stay with you and you're family. The rooms are very comfortable the beds were very comfy and the room was perfect for me and my family. We had a blast at 4 seasons the pool was very fun for my kid's and I my kid's thought we were in wonder land. This was are favorite hotel that we have ever been to so thank you 4 seasons KK

I stayed here for 5 nights for business in April 2024. The location is perfect as I could walk to my office using the internal walkways. The room (I got a free upgrade) was well appointed, with modern furnishings in good working order, and kept clean (including remembering to refill the ice bucket and replace the water). The bed was pretty comfortable although pillows a bit soft. The gym was well appointed; I usually arrived before 6:30 but there were enough machines that I could do what I needed to without having to wait. The onsite ToroToro restaurant is nice quality, there is a good range of food and friendly and attentive staff.

Rather old hotel and old rooms. Very noisy.(old pvc Windows. You hear everything from the road). Had to call the engineer to fix the ac that made lot of noise. Concierge gives basic info and poor advices. 2nd day we come back at 5pm. The room was not made. « Sorry we forgot. But we Will give you a 100 discount😂 on a 2600 dollar per night suite! What a joke. I never do but for once I Checked the bill. There was a 300 dol mistake.and so on… ! This is not the 4 season standard i am used to(except the Price:-) I don t know the City but you probably can find better for that kind of money However. Do try the toro toro restaurant. Very good
