Blanche Morris and her team are the best in the hospitality business. I make Omni Houston my choice to stay when in town, not only for the service but for location as well. Close to shopping, great restaurants, and easy access to other businesses.

I travel for fun with my family and for work, and stay in various hotels in various cities and states with the experience at this hotel is simply phenomenal. The staff above and beyond, the food was amazing. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities everything.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the Omni is. It is 100% dated and you can see that they just keep painting over everything. But this was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff was amazing and always helpful. A big thank you to Alex who helped me with all of my luggage and boxes. I was there for a conference and those facilities were on point. I also used the gym while there, I was able to get my daily Peloton ride. For a conference hotel? The rooms were very quiet. Four stars only because they need to update their doors, showers, and fixtures to compete with other “luxury” hotels.

Overall this is an extremely high quality hotel, but it lets itself down by adding additional (hidden) charges of $10 a day for WiFi and $30 a night for self parking. The high notes were; extremely friendly and competent staff and the quality of the food, really excellent!!

The nicest pool in all of Houston. There is a pond behind the pools with 2 gorgeous live black swans. The swans are fed and cared for by the hotel staff. You will fall in love with the gorgeous heated pool with padded lounge chairs and lovely cabanas. The hotel lobby and restaurant is newly renovated and simply stunning. The room decor is older, but rooms are clean, well kept and nicely maintained. The beds are very comfortable. There are black out curtains and the air conditioning works great. We love the shuttle service (max 3 miles) They will take you to the mall or nearby restaurants. The only downside is that there is no hot tub in the pool area. (Although one of the pools is heated and is as warm as a bathtub). There is a hot tub in the sauna, but the cost to use it is $40 per person/day. The staff is lovely, especially Jordan at the front desk. (He had the best restaurant suggestions). Our stay at the Omni was extremely pleasant, and I would highly recommend this unique and comfortable hotel.
