Wonderful Stay
Our Stay was really good! we loved the place and the location and most of all the staff, in particular John Flores at the front desk so welcoming always happy to make sure our stay was great!! He helped us out with a couple of things and he is beyond our highest expectations. Thank you! We will definitely come back to Whitehall Hotel 💫

Wore out.
Terrible. This place Is way past its prime. From the valet service to the elevators- Be Prepared to wait. On a unique and extremely noisy corner of downtown Houston- It does not bring the downtown Houston feel or the stores or restaurants that you might expect. Our floor smelled of pot, Front door did not lock without lot of force Wallpaper peeling. 20 years ago, she may have been a shining star. We’ve been in worse. Some good service moments- But not enough to warn I stay there.

Great service
My husband and I celebtated our wedding anniversary at the Whitehall hotel 2 weeks ago and we really enjoyed. Room was clean and confortable, the service was great from the valet parking, front desk and the restaurant. Kudos to Thalia, Azedine, Marlon, Adam and James. Highly recommend this hotel in downtown Houston

The Best All Around
The Whitehall is top notch from start to finish. I stay here often when I'm in Houston on business, and I cannot say enough about how much I love their rooms, their staff, their facilities, and their food. When I'm looking for a place in Houston, I never look any farther. I recommend this place to everyone I know!

Mini Vacation
Me, My boyfriend and Stepson all decided to stay at the Whitehall while we attended HOUSTON LIVESTOCK SHOW AND RODEO. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everyone was so friendly and helpful. Valet assisted with our luggage. Check in was super smooth, room was clean and had amazing views. We arrived really late and were exhausted so we went straight to sleep. We went to eat breakfast in the restaurant. Omg it was delicious. I actually wish I could eat that little sandwich every morning. The potatoes were a different level of amazing, echoed by even my boys. Best place to stay in Houston. Will stay again. The entire trip was amazing. Can’t wait to stay there again for my next little mini vacation.
