This was our 4th stay at the ZaZa and it was what we have come to expect - GREAT! There are lots of little things that make the stay here perfect - great coffee in the morning in your room (from the coffee stations, not a poor in-room machine), great staff (especially the guys who take care of your auto), great rooms (I've tried a variety of them), and great location (close to downtown, med center, Montrose, Heights, etc. Having stayed at the standard hotels throughout Houston (from downtown out through Westchase) for the past 40 years, this is a real find.

Allan was our bar tender and he was amazing! We never went without a drink or water. We are so appreciative of time and his attentiveness. The bar was clean the music was good. We will be back. The bar bites are delicious and the martinis are the best!

Another fantastic day at a different Hotel Zaza :) I have stayed at the hotel in Austin, but this is my first time staying at the one in the museum district in Houston. Lovely stat, the pool area was nice and clean and relaxing. Monarch restaurant is definitely a must check out as the food and drinks were very generous and food portions were huge…The spa also is a must visit as the sauna relaxation room were quiet and tranquil. Special shout out to Savannah for checking me in and giving me all of my Expedia gold upgrades. Also shout out to Penelope at the pool who provided fantastic service and went above and beyond by giving us the remaining of the drink we ordered :)

Everything was perfect from the Valet the moment I arrived to the front desk girl she was very nice and the room was beautiful and the air conditioning worked great the pool was very nice and later that evening I had dinner at Monarch, which was exceptional and a few drinks at the bar and listen to the DJ later that eveningand the next morning breakfast in bed and a late check out everything was perfect

We celebrated my wife's victory over cancer at the cancer survivor plaza and crossed the street for cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and music at Hotel Zaza Monarch bar. It was perfect: Great service, great food, delicious cocktails all prepared rapidly. Monarch has some of the most creative appetizers we ever experienced. We will return soon.
