I’m an MDAnderson patient and this hotel could not have done more to make me comfortable from the wheelchair after surgery to shuttle waiting for me at the pharmacy and excellent meals! Sitting at the poolside was lovely! My favorite hotel😊

Went for a sporting event at Rice
Love this place. The service is wonderful at the front desk, the valet people are always very helpful, the staff in the restaurant are awesome, housekeeping is fantastic. They love dogs. I love the funky decor but it’s still very comfortable and warm not hard and cold. Desirae was very helpful this morning with our breakfast. I have never had a bad experience here.

Best birthday stay for friend/family in 2026
This was by far the best 5-star stay experience I've had in the U.S. The customer service was superb and magnificent so much so I plan to go back!
