Greed New Years Bad Za Za
Greed . The hotel is great but he letdown came too fast. I spent money on nice suite for the new years gala. It was overpriced this year and they didn't include the brunch that's normally included with the hotel stay They didn't have enough seating for the nw years party unless you paid extra for the vip seating Paying over 700 dollars and standing up. Let a bad taste in my mouth. ZA za will no longer earn my business

The best hotel and service. Ashley, Sharon, Jessica, and Vanessa at the front desk are amazing!! And Sophie in housekeeping is the Best!!!! And everyone in valet is very helpful!

Couples celebration was a wonderful experience at Hotel ZaZa
From the initial valet experience to the professional checkout, our stay at Hotel Za Za Museum District was excellent! Ms. Mel and her staff were sure to attend to every detail to ensure our stay was the best. Everyone we encountered provided us service with a smile and were so helpful. Once they noted that we were there for a celebration, they helped to recommend local eateries, and their complimentary driving service took us to dinner and picked us up, which was so convenient and kind. Also, when we arrived back to our room, they had gifted us with special amenities to ensure that our evening was special. Not only is the service suburb, the hotel itself is beautiful! We visited around the holidays so they already had up their Christmas decor and were hosting several holiday events which made for just a magical ambience. Also, our suite was beautiful with wonderful views from each window. We are already looking forward to the next time we can visit!

Christmas time
As always ZaZa goes above and beyond! It’s starting to get busy for the Christmas Season. They handled the glow seamlessly. It’s wonderful to see such professionalism these days. Sharron at the front text was especially helpful.
