Fun fun fun near hermann park
We had an amazing stay. It was my husbands bday and I wanted to treat him to some place walking distance to hermann park and all the museums. So we stayed at Hotel Zaza at the night but totally got the most of Rice Village, the Zoo and the park. Loved the cool temperature of the pool and enjoyed food and drink while the kids swam. Hotel Zaza is so thoughtful, they give light bites for free in the afternoon in the lobby, free coffee in the morning. The front desk lady Savannah was so sweet and helpful. Thanks Hotel Zaza for a memorable and awesome stay. The room was beautiful and clean. The parking attendants so friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Brunch is top 2 and not number 2
We came brunch and got a more pleasant experience than I ever expected!! Hotel Zaza has been a symbol of excellence and that’s why 10 years ago I had my husband’s birthday party here. But this is my first time at the Monarch restaurant brunch and it was a stellar experience!! Austin was our waist and he set the tone with giving us his recommendations vs. popular dishes that guests order. We decided on Green goddess salad, lamb lollipops, avocado stack and the heavenly brioche French toast!! We also had expresso martinis and Althea peach smash as our drinks!! Nothing disappointed!! The ambiance of the restaurant was top tier and Austin’s level of service was unmatched and I’ve been to a lot of restaurants that are of high standard. So don’t delays get brunch at Hotel Zaza today and it will be phenomenal!! Thanks Austin and all other staff that we came in contact with for a wonderful time.

I came for brunch at The Monarch and had the THE best server, Austin! Top notch service! My friend and I had a wonderful time and appreciated the service he gave as well as his wonderful recommendations. We had a great experience. Thank you, Austin.

Austin was so awesome, friendly and gave us tremendous service. We couldn’t be happier plus he spoke Spanish with us which was really nice.
