Amazing restaurant in Houston Museum district

Great experience! Staff was super friendly and welcoming! We fine with our service dog and they brought us water and offer snacks (bacon) just for him! Our server Yami was a rockstar beginning to end: super polite and accommodating! Great food and drinks!!

Perfect for a short 36 hours in Houston

Perfect location for exploring Rice University and the Museum District. This hotel is across the street from the MFA. The neighborhoods around this area are completely gorgeous and I didn’t realize Houston was such a green active city. Everyone out running and walking dogs along the short path to Rice Village. Staff at Zaza were so welcoming and the SHUTTLE, best of all was always available, drivers were ever-courteous, and even took time to show me a couple of beautiful streets since it was my first and very brief trip to Houston. Coffee machines are not in rooms but free coffee bars are right outside your hotel room door with biscuits, apples and different varieties of milk and df options. So nice. This city was so friendly and warm. Very impressed with a store in Rice Village called Raspberry Rose, for colorful high quality women’s clothing, and PierMarini across the street for high end, high quality, unique and stylish women’s and men’s clothing. The store owners of both shops were genuinely charming.

An amazing stay for our mother daughter trip

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

I stayed here over the weekend to surprise my mom and celebrate her beating cancer. I was so impressed with the amenities, customer service, and overall ambience. It was a great place to rest and relax. This was such an important weekend to me and I am so thankful for the staff for going above and beyond to accommodate me and help me arrange such a special surprise. Vanessa, Daisy, Jordan, Olivia, and Dylan gave impeccable service and recommendations throughout my stay. Vanessa and Dylan thank you so much for the wine and strawberries! I can’t recommend this place enough. I was greeted with kindness by everyone I approached. Thank you and to the few staff I didn’t get the chance to ask your name I am regretful but so grateful for the care you gave my mother. There was a nice lady at the front desk who recommended my SOHO LOFT suite to me (she has great taste!) and a housekeeper who brought us waters and moon pies just because on our last night. Thank you thank you thank you. We will never forget this beautiful weekend. God bless you all! ❤️ Desire & Brandy

Business and Rodeo

Great stay at Hotel Zaza in the Museum District. One of the best hotel beds around and the amenities were great. Close to shopping, food and a quick train ride to the Houston Rodeo. I’ll definitely be back!
