Zaza is the Best!!!!!
You can’t stay anywhere else but at Zaza Houston! Amazing Food, hospitality, service, amenities and more!! The staff is fantastic and had us speechless. Kelly is absolutely one of a kind!!!! She is professional yet personable. Rooms and hotel is clean and top notch! Thank you Kelly for making our stay unforgettable!

Hug spritz at the monarch
Went for drinks at the monarch between our stay and our spa appointment. Our waiter Austin C. took care of us and was quick with his service. Great time and great drinks!

Boutique? Don’t bother!
The location was perfect for our museum trip. We were not given ANY information about the hotel…aminities…key card use…pool location…NOTHING. There was no welcome at all…just an overstocked mini bar and treats to buy…nothing…not even water! No in room coffee maker…no fridge…no microwave. The room was not even very clean…hairs on the towels…What a disappointment. Our room for one night with parking was over 450.00… Boutique? Don’t bother.

Fabulous service
The patio is so comfortable, even when it’s hot outside. Our waitress Julia was so friendly and attentive. Really added to our brunch experience.
