Very Pleasant
My Zara exteriors was fabulous.Desirae was so good and pleasant. I love the menu was limited but made choosing what to order easy. The food was good and the atmosphere was amazing.

Boutique? Don’t bother!
The location was perfect for our museum trip. We were not given ANY information about the hotel…aminities…key card use…pool location…NOTHING. There was no welcome at all…just an overstocked mini bar and treats to buy…nothing…not even water! No in room coffee maker…no fridge…no microwave. The room was not even very clean…hairs on the towels…What a disappointment. Our room for one night with parking was over 450.00… Boutique? Don’t bother.

Fabulous service
The patio is so comfortable, even when it’s hot outside. Our waitress Julia was so friendly and attentive. Really added to our brunch experience.

Staycation
I booked a night at Hotel Zaza for a staycation. I wanted to enjoy the pool, and a day without kids. Kiki and her poolside crew made the day so enjoyable, and I can't wait to book my next stay. When she found out I was celebrating my birthday, she went above and beyond to make sure it was a celebration.
