Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District

I was volunteering at an event held at the hotel. I decided since we were attending the gala that night that it would be nice to stay at the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk (no name badge), was very helpful and set us up with a great room. The staff at this hotel are so friendly and helpful, the housekeeper was prompt when I requested additional body lotion. Room service was outstanding, as was the delicious salad I ordered. The catering manager and his staff were amazing. They were working all day and night to provide the best service! The gala was a huge success! The food and beverage service at the dinner was efficient and unassuming.

Amazing Hotel. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, great convenient restaurant open all day. The provide coffee and tea from 6 am in each floor. To top this hotel they have SUVs available until 11 pm, made it very easy on our trip. The museums and gardens are walking distance . I have been coming to Houston for 1 year now, I wish I would of discovered it sooner. Our room pics below.

We were in town for the Bengals vs. Texans football game. This a wonderful hotel and the entire staff is a cut above other hotels chains. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has several complimentary amenities that are not always found at most hotels. We ate breakfast every morning during our stay and the food was excellent. All the wait staff were fantastic and in particular our waiter John Pocos. He even waited near the door when we were leaving to give out hugs and to tell us how much he enjoyed serving us!

We had breakfast at the hotel, Austin was our waiter, he is AMAZING! Ask for him if you decide to eat there!
