Everything was perfect from the Valet the moment I arrived to the front desk girl she was very nice and the room was beautiful and the air conditioning worked great the pool was very nice and later that evening I had dinner at Monarch, which was exceptional and a few drinks at the bar and listen to the DJ later that eveningand the next morning breakfast in bed and a late check out everything was perfect

We celebrated my wife's victory over cancer at the cancer survivor plaza and crossed the street for cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and music at Hotel Zaza Monarch bar. It was perfect: Great service, great food, delicious cocktails all prepared rapidly. Monarch has some of the most creative appetizers we ever experienced. We will return soon.

My girlfriend and my photography team stayed and had the best time. Besides photographing our clients and got some amazing photos and footage. We got to really enjoy the good food and service provided. I would totally come back and say to anyone looking to stay DO IT.

We’ve been coming to Hotel ZaZa since 2008 and have never been disappointed. This is such a great hotel! Highly recommend!

Very cool designed hotel and awesome location! We went to all the museums in the area and the Hermann Park which was a great place to go for a stroll and enjoy of a lovely cup of coffee. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The reason I didn’t give them a 5 stars is mainly based on two things: 1. We ordered room service a few times and they always got the order incorrectly and in fact in one occasion it was my partners birthday and I was told the pancakes will say happy birthday but that didn’t happened 2. The design of Villa Champagne is a way too dark with poor lighting especially in the bathroom and even though the room is relatively big it felt cramped and small - I would suggest to brighten up the room by removing the dark aubergine colour tone on the walls.
