Great stay
The hotel was wonderful, the staff helpful, and our waitstaff at Monarch was fantastic. Don’t miss the trout and onion dip (not something I was expecting to love). We would have given an excellent, but the safe battery was low when we arrived, we reported it, but it was never replaced during our stay and as we were coming and going I wound up carrying some things with me that I didn’t really want to.

Lovely Lunch Between Museums
Stopped in on the walk between museums and had a lovely lunch. The food was great, the patio atmosphere was wonderful, and the service was fantastic. Ron was a ray of sunshine and brought the best of Houston hospitality to our day.

We were very near the closing of brunch, having misunderstood the hours. Nonetheless, Austin was very accommodating and cheerful, and gave us good advice on the menu. We had a wonderful brunch experience and Austin was a big part of it. Thank you Hotel Zaza, and thank you, Austin..
