The Absolute Legends of the Hotel ZaZa Curb
As someone who has stayed here quite a bit and achieved loyalty status, I can tell you that the Valet Team is the heart and soul of this entire establishment. Most hotels treat the curb as a transition zone. This past week stating at ZaZa, the valet treated it like a red-carpet gala. Every single time I pulled up, weary from travel or stressed about a meeting, I was met with a level of energy, professionalism, and genuine warmth that instantly makes me feel like I’ve arrived home. They are the first and last impression of every stay, and frankly, they are the reason this hotel functions on a higher plane than everywhere else. I want to shout out the individuals who made my car drop-off a major highlight of this trip: Mo, Kassim, Daniel, Sergio, Jamie, Ermias, and anyone else this past week I may be forgetting! If the Valet team isn't there, it’s just another hotel.. But with them, it’s a world-class experience. Management, give these people a raise. They are the best in the business!
