I haven't been to the hotel yet but I needed to write a positive review just from the experience with talking to the reservations department. I had the pleasure speaking with Kaylan and she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. Not only was she very accommodating but she also had a wealth of information about activities and places to see that were highly recommend from a local. From this experience I can only imagine how spectacular the hospitality is when staying at the ZaZa.

Great experience! Staff was super friendly and welcoming! We fine with our service dog and they brought us water and offer snacks (bacon) just for him! Our server Yami was a rockstar beginning to end: super polite and accommodating! Great food and drinks!!

Perfect location for exploring Rice University and the Museum District. This hotel is across the street from the MFA. The neighborhoods around this area are completely gorgeous and I didn’t realize Houston was such a green active city. Everyone out running and walking dogs along the short path to Rice Village. Staff at Zaza were so welcoming and the SHUTTLE, best of all was always available, drivers were ever-courteous, and even took time to show me a couple of beautiful streets since it was my first and very brief trip to Houston. Coffee machines are not in rooms but free coffee bars are right outside your hotel room door with biscuits, apples and different varieties of milk and df options. So nice. This city was so friendly and warm. Very impressed with a store in Rice Village called Raspberry Rose, for colorful high quality women’s clothing, and PierMarini across the street for high end, high quality, unique and stylish women’s and men’s clothing. The store owners of both shops were genuinely charming.
