We decided to stay one evening for anniversary. We live in the Houston area. The hotel lobby is gorgeous. Azam checked us in. He sent champagne and strawberries to our room. Thank you! What a nice surprise on behalf of the hotel! We stayed in the concept room, Casa Blanca. It was very quiet and a romantic room. Spacious and artfully decorated. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked well (important in Houston in July!) We went to the bar twice for beverages. it was okay. The pool was beautiful but somewhat crowded. We didn't stay long. But it was July 4th weekend so I'd expect it to be busy. We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast. We had impeccable service and the food was great! Also, on the concept room floor, the hotel provides a small coffee bar. That was a nice treat. We walked across the street to the Museum of Fine Arts. And we used the complimentary shuttle when we went to dinner. That was a nice service! We will stay again at this hotel. Everyone was very professional and friendly. (I also LOVE the Hot Tamales in the lobby!!!) Azam's service made our stay extra special for our anniversary and we appreciate his service. Thank you, Hotel Zaza and thank you, Azam!

Went to the hotel with an intact car. Came out with a large dent on my hood, a scuffed tire and scratched rear rim where the valet ran into a yellow curb, and when I started the car, my CD player was blasting out John Legend. The radio is always off when I valet. It must have been quite a party. I have been in contact with the valet service over the last several days, and they claim that their "photographic proof" shows that my hood was damaged when my car was driven by their staff into the garage across the street. I asked for evidence that demonstrated that I dropped it off with a dent and I was told by the supervisor that: "it was too dark to tell in the video at the entry, because the car is black, and it was in the evening. We know it took only 14 seconds to drive across the street to where it was photographed with damage." He refused to show an image of me and my wife dropping off our (undamaged) car. I have seen cars wrecked in a lot less than 14 seconds. Check out You Tube. He offered had was that they would "fix my rim." They never disputed that damage. I declined since they are unwilling to claim all their damage. Given their lack of professionalism, I certainly don't expect them to do anything to my car I would be satisfied with. Watch out. Photograph all sides of your vehicle at the drop off. Be ready to show proof later.

Our visit to the ZAZA was from 6/16-6/18 and 6/26 - 6/29! We were in town for our daughter's Fellowship Graduation and back to help her move from Houston. From the minute you drive up you know a wonderful experience will be yours. I only wish that I could remember everyone's name. The young lady who first checked us in on the 19th was very friendly and was able to upgrade us being our first stay and ZIP holders. A beautiful one bedroom suite. The valet and ZAZA car drivers were all so wonderful and friendly. Everyone we came in contact with at the front desk was courteous and accommodating. Always a good meal at Monarch! We enjoyed the special amenities - a bottle of wine and fruit platter to our room! What a wonderful surprise to come back to the room in the evening with the special touches for turn down service and thank you for great housekeeping service. Loved the complimentary coffee in the morning, And of course, the "red hots and tootise roll pops" at the front desk. A special thank you to Tiffany and Gabby at the pool for taking such good care of us. It was a pleasure. Thank you to everyone at the ZAZA!

We have been staying at ZaZa in Dallas' Mag 7 suites and various other concepts for almost 10 years now. It's our favorite hotel anywhere and we travel a ton. This was our 1st time to the Houston Zaza and they did not disappoint! The rooms were great as usual and Katherine at the front desk was super welcoming and exceptionally helpful. We felt at home here as we do in Dallas. We are looking forward to our next stay. Thanks so much for making it a great experience; as expected! Thanks so much! Brian E. from Edmond, OK
