We had a first time stay at Hotel ZaZa for a wedding and could only stay one night, so we did not get to experience everything the hotel offers. However, it was a very nice stay. The staff is obviously trained to provide outstanding and friendly service. Everyone we encountered was ready to assist. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Bellman was very helpful getting us settled. Bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet. The small balcony was a nice touch. Wi-fi worked well. The hotel has a hip vibe and is very well decorated. Coffee is available on each floor from 6 to 10 a.m. Just slip down to the coffee station pour a cup and return to your room. Rooms have mini bars with items at the usual outrageous prices. Valet parking is the only option at $30 + tax per night. Valets are very courteous and quick to serve. There is a free shuttle service within 5 miles. Location is close to museums, Hermann Park and Rice University. We did join the ZaZa loyalty program prior to check in. The only negative we encountered on this stay was that we were offered a welcome amenity as part of the Zip loyalty program. However, our choice (red wine) was never delivered to our room. Seems someone dropped the ball on the welcome amenity.

We have stayed at the Houston Zaza on many occasions and have had a great time each stay! The facilities are gorgeous and you can tell the staff enjoy working there. Everyone is friendly, courteous and ready to make your stay memorable. When we celebrated our anniversary we received a room upgrade and complimentary bottle of champagne. We also did the parking, food credit and drink special, definitely a great deal. The hotel is also located to many downtown must see spots when in Houston.

We checked in VIP for our Wedding Anniversary. From the moment we pulled up to until the moment we checked out we were treated with 5 star service. Everyone is polite and ready to help and answer any questions you may have. The bed slept amazing. You couldn't hear any of the neighbors when you were in your room. We had a Balcony room and enjoyed the view. Thanks so much to Hotel ZaZa's staff for making our Anniversary one to remember!

Hotels offer two things: service and comfortable accommodations. ZaZa is the best at both. From lollipops at the check in to a lighted candle welcoming us to our dark room at night, they set a tone for service. They offer complimentary coffee and tea, room toiletries include the most thoughtful items such as Q-tips, and the bathrobes are divine. (Slippers to come?) Great shower with good water pressure in gorgeous tile and solid glass walk-in door. The mattress was stupendous, and the linens great quality. The complimentary shuttle, a luxury touring car with a horned skull on the front, will transport within 5 miles. Wow!! The decor was whimsical but totally to my taste! Really fun. Best of all was the outstanding staff, from friendly doormen always ready for us to the front desk staff helpful in every way to restaurant server (restaurant was nice) to the bell staff and room staff. I didn't have the opportunity, but there is also a spa. And it's in the middle of the museum district, so you can walk to many, many of the city's attractions. Can't say enough about this wonderful place!!!

This boutique hotel is located in the heart of the Museum District. In walking distance of the awesome Houston Zoo. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to dinner or to run an errand within 2.5 miles. The Monarch is the restaurant located in the hotel. It has a great section and nightly chef specials that are delicious. The hotel spa is wonderful. I have been twice. Once for a facial and one massage. Very classy and clean. The pool area is quaint and quite for optimum relaxation.
