Hotel ZaZa Houston Museum District

This is my first trip to Houston, for my friend’s wedding, and even for just a weekend, Zaza was the perfect place to be. I was greeted upon check-in by Jessica, who made everything a breeze. She made great suggestions and gave me the lay of the land. As a solo traveler, I felt right at home. The museum district is really the center of it all, and on top of that, they have a “magic carpet” shuttle service that took me to all my nearby scheduled wedding events. I highly recommend to out of towners! And special shout out to Jessica, Stephanie (driver), and the all the other chauffeurs and bellmen that made this trip spectacular!!!

As a wedding coordinator, I have the opportunity to work with many venues, and Hotel Zaza truly stands out as one of the most exceptional locations for a wedding celebration. From start to finish, their team delivered an outstanding experience for both the couple and all of the vendors involved. Audrina, and the staff at Hotel Zaza, is professional, organized, and incredibly attentive. She communicated clearly throughout the planning process, responded quickly to any questions, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The venue itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained spaces for both the ceremony and reception. I truly appreciate how accommodating and collaborative the staff was. I highly recommend Hotel Zaza to any couple looking for a gorgeous venue with a dedicated and thoughtful team. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

Kelvin helped us with our bags. He was beyond amazing. He was kind and patience far beyond what his job requires. Mel was our event manager for the wedding party. She went above and beyond. Over all, I highly recommend ZaZa for the warm welcoming touches and the amazing and beautiful venue. Truly a first class experience in Houston.

I stayed at ZAZA for over a month while caring for my sick parent. Overall for that long a stay, they did a great job… I do want to particularly give a shout out to Austin (dining server) and Ashley (front desk) for being excellent at their jobs and always going the extra mile. Especially during what has been a very hard and exhausting time…

Everything was wonderful but the service we received was OUTSTANDING. All the valets were attentive including offering water bottle when’s we returned from walks, holding the hotel doors and opening car doors upon our return to the hotel. The food at the Monarch was perfection. But again, the service we received from Austin 2 mornings in a row is what made it memorable. We asked to split a bowl of oatmeal and it was done despite not being on the menu! We always had hot coffee, no ask was inconvenient and everything done with a smile. We can’t wait to return!!
