This resort is to die for. It is so beautiful we didn’t want to leave! The breakfast is amazing, the staff are phenomenal and do everything they can to ensure a perfect stay for you. The manager Lindsley came up to us at breakfast on our last morning and was SO lovely and kind checking to see if we enjoyed our time and we did indeed. Hua Hin is a gem and this is the place you must stay. The resort have a daily courtesy tuk to take you 1 km anywhere along the main road. This is a one-way service but the walk back is so enjoyable. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, the pool is guard is so amazing and will make sure you are safe and comfortable in the pool bringing iced cold water with orange daily. This was such a beautiful and kind gesture. The resort support the Hua hin community with locally made confectionary delivered to your room each evening. Everything is well and carefully thought out. The spa is also worth going to for a massage. We will be back. Highly recommend!.

Putahracsa Hotel is an absolutely fantastic place to stay when you visit Hua Hin - the staff are so polite and graceful when talking to you from the guys round the pool who make sure you want for nothing to the reception staff who make sure you have everything you need. There is a shuttle that takes you anywhere you want to go within a 10 minute radius - the driver is so helpful. The hotel is spotless with a shout out to the girls and guys who work to make sure your room is spotless and that you run out of nothing while you are there. They have a lovely spa which we indulged in during our stay with lovely staff who make the whole experience special. The food is amazing and isn’t too expensive to enjoy round the pool or in the two restaurants on site. The hotel manager Lynsey is lovely and goes round the restaurant during breakfast to say hello to guests and gives advice on where to visit which is thoughtful and helpful. The hotel looks tropical with two sides, the beach side has private access to the beach and sun beds for you to use. Can’t recommend this place enough and we are looking forward to returning next year

Having never been to Hau Hin & being told by a lot of friends we should, well we did & it was amazing. The property is just wonderful, great team to welcome us. We stayed on the beachside but did venture over the other side to swim, massage, breakfast & afternoon tea. The inclusions were fantastic & we are soo please we chose this resort. It was soo good we are booking for next year already, if you ate thinking of Hau Hin, then thsi is the place for you. Its soo close to great Coffee (Velo), the beach club (Sundance), the night food market ass well. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars !!!

We chose to stay at the Putahracsa having read all the positive reviews, we have stayed in many other lovely hotels in Asia and so our expectations were set very high. We booked for 6 nights in a Oceanside suite, everything from checkin onwards was great, the staff we met throughout our stay were all helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was informal and relaxed - however every detail from the cleanliness of the beautifully appointed rooms to the way drinks were served at the beach bar was done to the highest standard and with the greatest care. It was all the little touches along with the lovely atmosphere and been so well looked after that makes this a standout hotel.
