Kel is the best ever!!
Kel at the front desk is the most amazing hospitality professional I've ever encountered. I've traveled the world and stayed in so many hotels. Never have I worked with such an amazingly thorough and courteous person. Staying at the Shorebreak, we fell in love with a specific piece of art on the wall. I use chat gbt I used Google image search I used everything I could think of and could not find this art or a supplier who potentially may have created this and it even turns out that it was previously from the hotel before kimpton remodeled so couldn't even figure out who the art vendor was. Kel track down the exact piece for me!!!! This will always be my place to come stay in Huntington Beach I used to live here and when I come back I will always stay at this hotel so thank you Kel!!

You will love this place!!!
Perfect location, beach is right across street and tons of food options within walking distance. The staff bends over backwards to make sure you enjoy your stay. Super chill, beach vibe. Rooms are just the right size and comfortable, also very quiet Bang for your buck with easy beach access, amenities the hotel offers and friendliness if staff. Only place we stay when in Huntington.

The location could not be more perfect. It is on the main strip in walking distance to many restaurants and shops not to mention directly across from the beach. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Clean, comfortable and spacious accommodations. Full complimentary coffee bar in the morning was a great perk.

The hotel was beautiful. We did not stay but we did dine for brunch. Food was great, drinks were even better! Destini was an incredible waitress. Can’t say enough good things about her Thank you Destini!

Surf city hotel California
This hotel has a unique surfer vibe. They serve free cold pizza in the morning next to the coffee and tea. The staff is very welcoming and the food/drinks are tasty in the restaurant. Really close to many food options, the beach, and events. If you're exhausted after traveling they will park your car and take your bags to your room. They run a pretty tight ship.
