Perfect Anniversary Staycation
Our stay at the Shorebreak was incredible. The room with an amazing view of the pier was perfect, all staff was kind and helpful. The whole vibe of the hotel was fun, yet relaxing. The food and service at the restaurant was outstanding, especially Destini. She took the time to chat with us and make suggestions of all the local favorites. This was a great anniversary get away and we are truly looking forward to another stay.

Summer getaway
The view from the oceanfront room and location of this hotel was amazing! I especially want to thank both Victor and Jess! Victor was our server at the hotel’s Pacific Hideaway restaurant, and he was just wonderful! He went above and beyond to make sure our service was part of the great experience. Also, Jess was such a ray of light at the front desk! She was able to help us with any question or need we had, and was so friendly and positive. Thank you for a great stay!

Not what I expected, sadly
Let me start by saying that I love the location and service, however…we couldn’t get the streaming to work after repeated tries and facilities guys coming to the room. Front desk was amazing. The Pacific Hideaway restaurant has great food (the ceviche and burger are both delicious). The service at the restaurant was mixed. Not super attentive, but got the job done. Unfortunately there was a tap (think tap shoes, not the fun beer kind) festival while we were here (super loud in the room and we weren’t told about this prior to arrival). Made it difficult to sleep in during the morning hours. Overall, I might give it another chance, but will most likely lean toward another property. It’s unfortunate. I stayed here years ago and love it.

Can't say enough about their wonderful customer service & accommodations.
My son made my visit the best ever because he booked four wonderful days here. We needed an animal friendly place to accommodate a 20 lb kitty & one near the beach. We were taken aback by the superior customer service, how accommodating everyone was toward my disabled adult son (leg amputee) & great amenities. They even did a load of wash for us, knowing we just didn't have the energy to get to a laundromat. It was a pleasure to make sure everyone was monetarily rewarded.
