A lovely 2 night stay in Hyderabad, travelling while my husband is on business. The hotel is lovely, and the staff really attentive. Couldn’t do too much for us, including room upgrade, late checkout, complimentary gift basket in the room to name a few. All very much appreciated. This is a lovely hotel, I enjoyed the pool, gym, and walking track around the complex. Lovely meal in 4 note restaurant too. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The AC in 1201 was horrible and I could not sleep a bit. Mentioned this at checkout. Not returning to this property. It remains as horrible as it was a few years back. Avoid is my recommendation.

We stayed here expecting Hyatt standards, but the experience was below expectations. Rooms: The room size was quite small for the price and location. The hallways were dimly lit and smelled musty — scented humidifiers seemed to be masking odors rather than improving cleanliness. Noise: There was loud music from the bar and restaurants every evening, clearly audible even inside the non-smoking rooms. Rest was difficult because of the constant noise. Service: Service was inconsistent and poorly coordinated. I had requested soup for my father to be delivered at 9:30 PM and confirmed twice with staff, yet it was forgotten completely. The soup only arrived after 10:30 PM, and there was no apology. Similarly, when I asked for used plates to be cleared the previous night, I was told “we’ll come soon.” After waiting 40 minutes, I had to call again — only to be told I could leave the plates outside. I had mentioned having a neck and back sprain, but there was little empathy or effort to help. Food: Breakfast was disappointing — idlis were served cold, if you arrived right at the start of breakfast hours. Food quality was not consistent; for example, ordering dal at lunch brought a simple yellow dal, but the same dish at dinner turned out to be made with black urad dal. For families traveling with kids, this can be frustrating — our child only eats yellow dal, and it was difficult to manage meals. Dining Options: There’s no 24-hour dining available — just pizza and sandwiches late at night. For travelers arriving jet-lagged from long international flights, especially those here for U.S. Consulate appointments, this is inconvenient and disappointing. Overall: While a few staff members were helpful with cab arrangements, most interactions lacked attention to detail and follow-through. For the price charged, I expected far better comfort, consistency, and service. Unfortunately, this stay did not live up to Hyatt’s usual standards.

They can imporve the breakfast quality and food items options available after 11 pm. The news papers were not delivered on daily basis. Hand wash was missing from washroom. They should keep one. Ensure the TV is ready and channels are logged out before giving room to new customer. Staff was nice and friendly. However, I had better experience in Sheraton last time.
