Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli

I had a very disappointing experience at 4 Notes, Hyatt Gachibowli. We ordered Dal Makhni, naan, and pizza. The Dal Makhni was extremely disappointing it was unusually sweet and had a flavour that resembled coconut. When we raised this with the chef, we were told that no coconut was used, but the taste was still far from what a Dal Makhni should be. To their credit, they removed the dish from the final bill. However, what truly spoiled our experience was the service. After our meal, we requested a finger bowl. The waitress, Sneha, told us that finger bowls were not available and asked us to go outside and wash our hands. Just a few moments later, we saw the same waitress serving finger bowls to the table right next to us. This was extremely embarrassing and made us feel singled out and disrespected. We had to call the manager to address the issue. While the bill adjustment for the Dal Makhni was appreciated, it did not make up for the way we were treated. At a premium brand like Hyatt, guests expect to be treated with courtesy, consistency, and respect. Being given incorrect information and then watching another table receive the very service we were denied was unacceptable. I sincerely hope Hyatt reviews its staff training so that no other guest has to experience this kind of treatment. Respectful and consistent service should be a basic standard for every customer.

Great hotel staff. They will go an extra mile to make your stay very comfortable and will attend to your needs. Very nice hotel too and peaceful.

Very friendly and attentive staff, expansive site, beautiful gardens, quite, spacious well soundproofed and clean room, great fresh food, lots of variety between the different restaurants, perfect pool for swimming

Everything was excellent, from the rooms to the staff. I truly loved the entire experience. The view from the room was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptional- helpful, professional, courteous, and soft-spoken. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again.
