If you want to stay in the National Park and visit the Brasilian side of the Iguacu Falls outside tourist times then you must stay here!! The food is very good, the staff and service also very good! Lovely pool, also a Sauna and Spa, a kids pool and playarea, and tennis courts! Not cheap but worth it!

We had three nights here from the very end of January. All the staff were really good and tried hard to make sure our stay was a great one. The level of customer service was exceptional. We saw them working very hard and impressively to satisfy one guest who looked as though he was a very challenging and hard to please British customer. The room was clean and very comfortable. Two minor glitches were sorted out very quickly and efficiently. The food was very good, with a great buffet breakfast. The pool area is excellent. We arranged a car to and from the airport and that service was seamless and very welcoming on arrival. We also arranged several activities through the desk at the hotel before arrival and all went very smoothly, including a visit to the Argentinian side of the falls (highly recommended), the full moon walk, the early morning walk (Edson was great), and the Black Well trail (Gustav was great). It is a very relaxing place. We plan to go back.

We thought long and hard about booking this hotel. It is expensive and much more so than a lot of the other hotels in the area. We ummmed and ahhhhed and then bit the bullet and went for it I can now confirm that the expense was worth it. Wonderful room, wonderful staff, incredible pool. The bar is brilliant and the restaurants are very good. The service was brilliant. The showers were brilliant and bathroom amenities were great. Aside from being a distinctive hotel in its own right, there is something very special about the location of the hotel. The fact that the hotel is in national park gives you access at sunrise and sunset. You dodge the crowds and get the most magical time with the falls. Overall this is one of the most spectacular hotels in one of the most magical locations in the world..... nothing to complain about bar one thing. There are a lot of coach tours that turn up. When they arrive in reception or in the restaurant, they clog up the whole hotel. It really distracts and lowers the quality. I think the hotel should think about separating the coach groups in key areas. 3 nights is long enough in my opinion. We went on the Macau boat safari, trip over to Argentina, a sky dive and lots of walks. All are very good activities. Argentinian side of the falls are more exciting from my perspective and can be done in 4 hours.

The falls don’t really need introducing. One look and you know their stunning. If you disagree then I’m afraid its time to take that trip to the opticians! But if you want to enjoy them even more then that is where this hotel comes in. Beautifully set and perfectly located you can literally see some of the falls from the restaurant/bar terrace and even your room if you can afford the top rooms or, like us, look sideways at an awkward angle through your window. Service is excellent from the word go. Matteus was the one who greeted us and showed us around the hotel. He was very friendly, funny and a credit to the hotel. Beautiful rooms, food, drinks, service, pool area... there’s little to critique.
