I'm a frequent guest at this hotel and although they are going through renovations at this time, Aaron at the pool bar always makes the stay so memorable! Great drinks, prompt service and keeps an eye on when my glass is getting empty. A large group of my friends will be heading there in a few weeks for another great time! Thank so much for the fun and hospitality always.

They rather make a quick dime then keep the customer happy. My wife and I planned to stay for 2 nights for her birthday. We arrived late in the evening and were informed upon check in that the lobby is currently under construction. Fine. As we arrived to the room we noticed that everything within the room was old and shabby and has seen its best days decades ago (paint coming off of furniture, rusty appliances in bathroom, etc.). We wanted to leave already at that point but wanted to wait until the morning and give it a chance. Bad idea. The jack hammer sound coming from the construction site was so loud that it filled the grounds of the hotel. There was no way to relax at the pool with the constant jack hammer sound in the background. We called the front desk and decided to leave a day early. Nonetheless the hotel charged me the for the entire stay. I called and the manager kindly refunded me for the day that we did not stay plus the resort taxes. She also did not charge us for the room update (we updated to a junior suit in advance to our stay). Even though this was very kind of her she should have refunded us for the entire stay. We were not informed about the construction in advance (the manager said it is mentioned on their website but after checking I can not see any mention of it on the website - The manager explained that she "believes" it's in the fine print when you book - Not deceiving at all!!!). They also have a 72 hour cancellation policy which we were not informed about when we checked out (that's the reason they charged us the full amount). I am not sure why this hotel carries the name Hilton. Even a Motel 6 is kept in better shape than this place.

I and my family loved every minute of our time spent at a curio collection by Hilton The Miramonte Resort and Spa. The experience was more than I expected. I heard about other hotels in the area. People were saying that Indian Wells was a beautifully high-priced area and that a stay in some of its hotels were a bit pricey. But our stay was very-well priced... thanks to my discount. A good time was had by all.

This was the most beautiful resort I have stayed at. Friends and I decided to Make a two day trip in Palm Desert. Pros: - It has a really beautiful scenery of Mountains - The hotel is incredible beautiful - There are a lot of things to do in the hotel itself - Ping Pong Table, Bean Bags, Swimming Pool (with waterfalls) -The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly -The breakfast staff are friendly and attentive -The room were amazing, the bathroom is spacious I would definitely come back in Spring, DO NOT COME DURING SUMMER. 117 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT.

This hotel just needs to shut its doors. There are SO many issues with this place, my fingers are tired of typing about it. Just don't bother staying here. We were accommodated here as a part of the BMW Performance Center 2-day M School experience and we have let the BMW performance center know that they should break all ties with this hotel. It is completely substandard to the experience that BMW creates in their M driving experience. (Don't let this stop you from doing the BMW experience, I am SURE they will remedy the situation soon!) Mold in the tub and on the shower curtain. AC that runs, but never cools (when temps are 95 degrees at night). Bugs everywhere - in the pool, room. We moved to the Ritz Carlton for our second night. That's how bad it was!
