This is the second time that we’ve stayed here as a family. We love the design- it’s so calming. Outdoor Features: Mature olive and citrus trees (which fruit can be picked from and juiced), fragrant jasmine, an herb garden, ample seating outdoors with fire pits, string lights, lawn games. It’s not a huge resort but I like that feature. Rooms: clean, nice. Very pretty and comfy beds- house keeping does a nice job- wish the trash cans in the room were a little bigger. Restaurant(s) on Site: Grapefruit Basil, is our favorite feature. The servers were so kind (we have a screaming toddler and feisty six year old) and understanding. Food was great, drinks are pretty and good. We had dinner and breakfast there- really there’s no bad options there. We do wish they had a simple kids menu for breakfast though! The main pool: we have mixed feelings. We got there Monday after Coachella and there was so much trash left on the small tables- like not well maintained. The following day, there were other staff (two ladies) they were lovely, offering guest water, tidying. So definitely made a difference. Bunch of lounge chairs said reserved with no one in sight, shade was hard to find. Otherwise the pool itself was fun! The drinks at the Cheeky Palm were mehhhhh. Got a frozen lemonade for my son and it was $15. That’s pretty lame. The Mai tai cost the same (not my favorite). We didn’t order food here because during our last stay it took an hour to get fish tacos. So we skipped that! Overall, a lovely time. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are the stars of the show in our book! Criticism (mild): I get it’s not a Resort aimed toward accommodating children but I think adding a kids menu for breakfast and some kids inspired drinks would feel more inviting with kids. Cost wise, Expect to pay at least an extra $100 per night in taxes and fees. We enjoyed our stay and found it worthwhile!

We discovered the TB Miramonte and it has become our favorite desert escape. The property is stunning - very Santa Barbara vibe. Immaculate property grounds, the mature olive trees and giant palms makes you feel Like you’ve stepped back in time. We were welcomed by Thomas Austin, Director Front Desk, who set us up for a wonderful experience. Spent our evenings in front of a fire pit listening to live music with a wonderful assortment of cocktails and small bites. Wendy greeted us for breakfast and made our morning even better. The spa gave us a perfect place to enjoy the warm days a bit secluded from the main property. We’re already planning our next stay! We give it a 10 out if 10

Tons of untrained staff running around the restaurant like a fire drill, dog urine in the carpet some kind of I dont even know what growing around the shower, and in one of the oddest installs I have ever seen the toilet is about 15 inches off the wall. Essentially this is an old run down resort where the Lowes group tried to put some make up and eye liner on it but it just is what it is. The entire place seems to be run by teenagers. No one seems to be trained. Even house cleaning I guess because its 9:15PM and the clock says 11:30 AM. Thats probably a bit picky but shows the lack of attention to detail that typically set 500.00 a night hotels apart. Come to think about it I better set the alarm on my phone so I dont miss my flight in the morning.

I've stayed here twice now, and both times were fantastic. I find the property very relaxing and there is something particularly soothing about it for me that I can't quite put my finger on. A big contributor to the peaceful vibes are the grounds, which are lovely. Both rooms I stayed in were spacious and clean. One was a ground floor room and one was on the second floor. I noticed another review saying the are no elevators, but the building I was in had one. Parking is also plentiful and easy, particularly compared to other places I've been recently (I'm looking at you, San Diego!) The staff I interacted with were all great as well. Thomas, who I believe is the front desk manager, was particularly helpful. He worked his magic so that I could extend my stay by a day without having to move rooms, despite a large conference coming in and almost no availability left. And still at a very reasonable price. Very grateful for his help! There were a couple of other guys at the front desk who were also very sweet, I wish I could remember their names. Brunch at the restaurant, Grapefruit and Basil, was delicious. Wendy is awesome and knows everything; she was extremely kind and patient with all of my menu questions. I'm not usually awake early enough to take advantage of breakfast when it's included in a hotel package, so I was quite excited when I learned it was brunch, which goes until 3pm every day! It actually factored in to me booking the second time. I also had a couple of drinks at the bar in the lobby, which was nice. The bartenders were friendly and the drinks were good. I really enjoyed both stays at this property and definitely recommend it!

The property is lovely. Our room was spacious and perfectly cleaned. The staff was warm and engaging and always available if I needed something. We dined at grapefruit basil with friends who were very impressed at the quality of food. My seafood salad couldn’t have been better.

Maybe the best spa resort in the Palm Springs area if not in the U.S. Beautiful rooms and excellent food all in a very intimate setting.
